This was unacceptable customer service It took the crew less than 5 minutes to reengage door. The guys that came were polite and did their job well however management lost a customer forever. He came closer to 9... which is why I didn't give a full five stars. I called the office, but they don't open until 9, so there was no way for me to know if/when he'd be able to arrive. My husband stayed home so he could be here and was on his way to work when he passed the van! That said, the install was quick and efficient. The technician gave us good advice on keeping the springs in tip-top shape and payment was very easy over the phone with Mahryah. She emailed my receipt within minutes of payment. I will never use them again and will never refer anyone to this business. They wanted to charge me over $130 for pressing a button which was not what they said over the phone. They told me we needed tools to fix the problem and take something out and he did neither. I could have easily done it if they had communicated properly on how to work the machines. Then lied and said I hung up on the lady. I clearly said I will call back which I shouldn't have but tell me how is that hanging up if I said I will call back.
