And, when you need them, expect a nearly $400 bill after they come out to tell you what the issue is. Most recent experience....Tech told me the control panel on a driveway gate opener was bad and needed to be replaced. He provided me with the control panel information and I purchased the $300 panel that he recommended. Panel was changed and still the gate opener doesn't work. So, about $700 later, still the issue isn't corrected. I again contacted the company and was told they would come back out, but they couldn't provide me with a date, only adding that it would likely be sometime next week. Nice people, but very expensive diagnostics and they can't fix the issue. I can't recommend this company.

They insisted that there be a "diagnostic" done on the door. I specifically requested estimate. They arrived, and spent over an hour doing virtually nothing ( about 2 minutes in the garage and 60 minutes in truck on phone). Then the technician and "Steve" came up with an outrageous price to adjust springs insisting that had to be done, charged more for the battery than I was quoted and took less than 5 minutes to do all the work, for which they charged a total of $333. I would not use this company again for anything. Two hours here, 5 minutes work, totally overcharged.

We had a wonderful experience with Aldor…read more My husband called and was pleased with the price quoted - someone called later that day to schedule a next-day visit from a technician. The technician was prompt and friendly. Unfortunately, our replacement springs needed some tweaking at the shop, so he told me he'd be by first thing in the morning, around 7:30. He came closer to 9... which is why I didn't give a full five stars. I called the office, but they don't open until 9, so there was no way for me to know if/when he'd be able to arrive. My husband stayed home so he could be here and was on his way to work when he passed the van! That said, the install was quick and efficient. The technician gave us good advice on keeping the springs in tip-top shape and payment was very easy over the phone with Mahryah. She emailed my receipt within minutes of payment. Aldor is a winner and we'd gladly do business with them again!

Scheduled 3-5pm but he didn't show up until 7pm. They lied and said he was an 1.5 hrs late. That's actually 2 hours from 5 and 4 hours from 3. They failed to communicate effectively of what their policies and procedures were beforehand assuming I'm supposed to know about their little business. I will never use them again and will never refer anyone to this business. They wanted to charge me over $130 for pressing a button which was not what they said over the phone. They told me we needed tools to fix the problem and take something out and he did neither. I could have easily done it if they had communicated properly on how to work the machines. Then lied and said I hung up on the lady. I clearly said I will call back which I shouldn't have but tell me how is that hanging up if I said I will call back. Then lied and said I was appreciative when I called back and thanked her. No I wasn't. I didn't appreciate having to pay half of anything for your mistake and poor customer service skills. It doesn't matter how big or small your business is. Nobody knows what your business does if you don't communicate because other companies offer free services but I guess that's something y'all small businesses don't seem to understand. Probably should go back to school. And I definitely DID NOT thank her for anything because she wasn't helpful at all. You're lucky I even called back to pay for anything especially since this was your mistake and your own technician even told me that other people said the same thing earlier that day. Y'all are failing to tell people about any invoice fees and waiting until after which seems very unethical and probably illegal. And to say I yelled at her is hilarious. If I yelled at her, she would've been crying. I don't need to yell. You're just mad that I proved my point every time and cut you off because you kept lying. I even said pull up the phone records and you couldn't produce any phone records because you know you didn't tell me that. Y'all are scammers! I actually said there's no thank you and hung up after I paid the funky $65 that I shouldn't have.
