And, when you need them, expect a nearly $400 bill after they come out to tell you what the issue is. Most recent experience....Tech told me the control panel on a driveway gate opener was bad and needed to be replaced. He provided me with the control panel information and I purchased the $300 panel that he recommended. Panel was changed and still the gate opener doesn't work. So, about $700 later, still the issue isn't corrected. I again contacted the company and was told they would come back out, but they couldn't provide me with a date, only adding that it would likely be sometime next week. Nice people, but very expensive diagnostics and they can't fix the issue. I can't recommend this company.

I called Mo Better Garage (formerly Garage door of Brunswick) to get a back up battery replaced on…read morea Lift Master garage door opener which had been installed by this company four years ago. They insisted that there be a "diagnostic" done on the door. I specifically requested estimate. They arrived, and spent over an hour doing virtually nothing ( about 2 minutes in the garage and 60 minutes in truck on phone). Then the technician and "Steve" came up with an outrageous price to adjust springs insisting that had to be done, charged more for the battery than I was quoted and took less than 5 minutes to do all the work, for which they charged a total of $333. I would not use this company again for anything. Two hours here, 5 minutes work, totally overcharged.

Highly recommended.

When we contacted them to correct the issue, there was nothing but round and round about how it was the fault of some employee of theirs who was stealing business from them and we would have to reach out to the installer for correction. Mind you, Aldoor is who we hired to order and install the door panels. Made no sense. The female owner was rude and condescending and threw around her experience as a paralegal to attempt to intimidate us (eyeroll). Bottom line: Aldoor had internal corruption that led to this customer receiving the wrong product and they will NOT stand behind their work. It is NOT the customer's fault IF they had internal personnel issues. Poor customer service, poor product. we will never use them again. And yes Mrs. Owner - your sticker is on the WRONG panels YOUR COMPANY ordered, so stop trying to blame someone else. Grow up, humble yourself, and take accountability.

There was maintenance done in Nov 2024 and they missed something that resulted in my door coming down on me but refused to come and inspect even though they installed my door originally in 2016 and have regularly maintained it since then. I would not recommend them for an installation or thorough maintenance inspections. Possibly for minor repairs.
