I dropped off at 1pm on a Wednesday and it was ready before 4pm on Thursday. There is also a drive thru, which was convinient as I dropped off our clothes in a monsoon.

When I arrived they couldn't find half of my items and asked me to wait to find and press. They quickly packed everything(I was late by then otherwise I would have checked). When I got home I saw my blazer was torn. I called and the manager said yes we know that's why we didn't charge you. They did, I stopped by as they requested and the manager was never there. I finally caught him by phone and he said they would reimburse me. It's two weeks later, and I still don't have the refund on my credit card. I don't think they did a particularly good job on the items they did launder either. I just wouldn't bother with this place if you're looking for a new spot. It's pricey and poor quality.
