Pro's - Very clean, someone is there to keep upkeep the place. Machines are new and work correctly. Cons: Very Expensive for a wash. It was 8:75 for one wash and 1.50 for a dry (25 min). There are not very many places to sit so there isn't a lot of chatter or sense of being over crowded. It isn't a very good value for me so I won't be going back, but if you have the funds to wash clothes at $8.75 a pop, just as well say $10 per wash/dry load. read more

I've been coming here for years. Please read my previous reviews. On a Saturday morning at 7am there are maybe 6 of us here. It's quiet, no kids, tvs blasting, or 30 ppl talking on their cellphone. All the washer and dryers are operable and they accept coins, debit/credit cards and the sign says loyalty cards but I haven't figured out how to get one From experience these doors lock at 11:15. Most time the attendant is gone and I can assure you no amount of pleading is going to get those doors reopened before 7am This place makes coming to the laundromat a bearable experience. read more

I came across this place about a year ago now and it's my absolute favorite go to. Although unfortunate enough to own a washer and dryer sometimes in a crunch I need a wash and fold service. Fresh laundry is by far the best most convenient wash and fold there is. They have an amazing customer support service that offers text message, communication online pay portal, which makes it so much easier to pick up and go and overall great customer service. In addition to the wash and fold service, I often drop off my bedding and large rugs that might need extra large machines or extra manpower to get the job done. The fastest dryers for my large comforter. Literally dries is like 20 minutes! The place is super clean and quiet on the times that I've came. I only go to wash my comforter so it's a quick in an and out. 4 stars only because there is literally no lounge space. No where for you to do work and etc while waiting. Your forced to go in your car and is the 4 seats are taken up. I could imagine that being very inconvenient for people who wash multiple loads because it's inconvenient for me lol . read more

Amount on the machine Did not match amount taking out of my account. So if you are paying via Debit or Credit be advised! The $11 big load ended up being $15 and the $2 dry load was $5 Side note- very rude staff. I was parked in handicap and over the line due to other vehicles that were parked in correctly no big deal, however owner made it upon herself to speak to me directly very rudely on correcting my oversized vehicle that could not fit in the space. read more

Super clean, looks well managed, you can pay with your card.. and probably due to covid.. you cannot fold your laundry.. and you must wait outside or in your car. I am visiting from out of state, so all of this was quite strange.. I just could not wrap my head around not being able to fold my laundry.. if I had known, I may have sought out other options. This is my third laundromat facility that I've visited and so far this one is the best. It's clean. It's up-to-date as far as the washing machines and dryers. You don't have to worry about loiterers, either (well at least when I was there.) Do understand that it's a bit pricy. Washers' usage prices range from $7.00 to $3.00 (double load). Dryers are $1.50 (24 minutes) or $1.00 (32 minutes). Anyways, I felt at ease at this location. It's quiet. This is definitely a place where you can wash your clothes in peace. Stopped in to do some laundry while on vacation. The place is super clean, well-maintained and had a lot of new washers and dryers with varying capacity. They also have laundry carts and a few places to fold. There aren't a ton of places to sit and the restroom seemed to be locked, but it was still nice, clean and fast. read more

I recently moved into a new construction home and have been having a nightmare of a time getting appliances delivered. As laundromats go, this was a pretty smooth experience. I had weeks of laundry piled up, but was able to wash everything at once in 1 mega washer, and 2 giant washers. The dryers are huge and only required 1 cycle (32 mins for $1.50). The inside was clean. It's in a nice, safe area (grab a slice of pizza next door while you wait). The prices were reasonable in my opinion. Our clothes turned out fine. I really like that you can use Apple Pay/card instead of needing to bring coins. There are signs posted to wait in your car for your laundry to finish due to covid. People followed that rule, but some ignored the "fold at home" signs. I would definitely return here if I needed to use a laundry mat again. read more

Worst experience ever! this place is never clean washers are over priced and the dyer doors don't close properly nor dry completely. No open sinks to clean your hands. The closing attendant is very rude and unprofessional. I only came to this location because it is near my apartment but after tonight I'll never come back again. Rude attendant watched me as I waited for my clothes to finish drying she still locked my clothes inside before closing time. Owner of Fresh laundry didn't show compassion nor remorse for their employee's actions instead she made an excuse for the closing attendant stating that the closing attendant had an emergency. I travel about 38 weeks out of the year and undoubtedly always have to do laundry while traveling. It is more difficult than you would think to find a good laundromat with clean machines and dryers. Fresh Laundry listed this as a new location so I checked it out. I was very very happy with the machines and dryers. This is is a fantastic laundromat and I highly recommend. Also, the woman working there today was very friendly and pleasant. She let me use some spray to try to get a stain out on a piece of clothing and went out of her way to help. read more

I wash here very often, I've turned this into my new spot. Never spend over $25 for washing and drying a month, unless I waited over a few weeks to come in. However that's only for about 5 loads. Smallest washer is priced $3.00, $3.75 for a double load, $4.75 for the biggest washer. It is $0.25 for every 8 minutes in the normal size dryers. I usually put my loads on no more than 32 minutes, high heat will get a very large load dry quickly. So see the pricing is fair, and you don't have to drown your laundry in soap to get them clean. Dryers are strong. Never really met who owns the place, but the staff that pops in frequently are always nice. One lady actually paid to dry one of my last loads when I ran out of change randomly, very sweet of her. I will continue to come here until I buy a washer and dryer of my own. read more

I am editing my review from one star to four stars because the owner texted me immediately when I called the phone number and also called me back and left a message later the same day during her vacation. We spoke and she apologized and says this is not typical and will not happen again. I believe her. She cares about her business and will use this as a teaching moment for the employee. Also the place is clean and otherwise friendly. So four stars because of a responsive business owner who will promptly address any issues you may have. Original beef: One star because the music is so darn loud, my ear plugs are not blocking it out. Asked the attendant to turn it down. She won't be able to hear her music if she does that but said she could turn it up(?!), with a scowl. I came to wash my clothes, not be assaulted by someone's music and bass. There's always an attendant or I think the lady who owns the place present so the place is always clean + you always have somebody there keeping an eye on things. There's different options on the size and pricing of the washers, little to-go detergents and softeners if you forget to bring your own or you simply run out, there's a coin machine and a pizza restaurant right next door! I just moved into town and I've tried a handful of laundromats. Most of the time laundromats are in dimly lit areas and are a little sketchy. Being a woman, i appreciate that this laundromat is bright and always clean. It's in a decent area and close enough to other stores so I can run errands while waiting for my laundry. The prices are pretty average and the machines are clean! This is one of the best laundromats so far and I'll most likely stick with it. read more

If I was able to leave zero stars and my review I would do it.! I was in last night washing clothes, arrived a little after 10:00. We waited in our car during the wash and about 10 minutes to 11:00 we changed to dryers...this where the bs comes in. At 11:15 this big broad back head strong black woman walks in mumbling under her breath saying the place was closed and we had to get our things..... there was about 6 mins remaining and or less and she threw a tantrum called the cops to escort us out and give us a criminal trespassing warning.. if we come back we would be locked up for criminal trespassing.! First off there is a sign that (I will attach photo) says doors automatically lock at 11:15 you can leave but can't come back in... nowhere does it say if your already here and washing and or drying that you had to leave at 11:15. Hence we have been there several times a few minutes after 11:15 with the owners(they've never said this) The cops read the sign disregarded the fact that we pointed them to the sign and still they were jerks trying to handle and treat me like a criminal, I know not over laundry I spent my money on!. I won't stop here wait for it. I'm just getting started I'm very educated and my pockets not dry! Do not bother to support this business. Bad customer service deserves a bad review and then her little weak boyfriend was standing behind her and the police flipping me the bird like it made him tough to do it while authority was around lol no not at all. Area is quiet and safe, not sketchy at all. The space is really clean and is not run down, like many laundromats (there are even some granite countertops). Went late afternoon on a Friday and it was pretty quiet. The girl who helped me was very friendly. There's a change machine and a dispenser for detergent, etc if you forget. A good amount of seating and a TV to keep you entertained if you want. More than enough folding surfaces and plenty of different sized machines. I will definitely be coming back! read more

This would be a 3* because they're not open 24-hours like Glad Rags, but they get an extra star because they're *still* the latest-open laundromat where you won't be shot or stabbed waiting for your clothes to dry. I don't want a TV or wifi or any of that, honestly. all I want is to be able to do the wash at 0300 with no one else around, instead of at 1800 with 40 people and their poorly-behaved spawn running around screaming and banging on machines. read more
