Within 2.5 hours our tile floors (and the very dirty grout) were cleaned and sealed. Sparkling really. Came back 2 days later for some touch up as the last thing he said to us was if there is anything we didn't like or wanted fixed to just call, that he stands behind his work 100% and it is so true... my wife says it's the best money we've spent in a long time! I trust business owners who have a sense of humor. I called and the receptionist was nice and personable and answered all my questions thoroughly and patiently. She said they wouldn't do a job for under 100$, totally cool because it's still better than the headache and backache of renting a rug doctor at Von's and doing it yourself, (and probably not even doing a very good job.) I needed my carpets done asap and they were able to get to my place in under 24 hours from when I called! I was at work and I left a key under my mat and 100$ cash. The stains on my floor were just horrific, I didn't think it was possible to get them out, but somehow he did! My carpets look and feel brand new, it's unbelievable. Coming home to that is better than having gotten a manicure, pedicure and massage combined and less than half the price! Then there was the note he left me and the fact he went above and beyond with my bathroom rug and the fact he didn't even take full payment!
