coming from a customer service background i was iffy about posting a bad review. im more opt to…read morepost positive reviews than bad, because i know sometimes people will complain about things that are not applicable to the service paid for. I even waited for a response from the owner jill. while she was nice and provided the service i requested it was not a professional cleaning as anticipated. i basically paid for a mediocre cleaning. i was given a list of cleaning products that totaled nearly 150. . the house i requested them to clean was empty. the previous owners left it in good condition as well. she charged me more than we discussed and the 2 girls that did the work is her daughter and her daughters friend. they did not clean all the surfaces tgat were clearly visible to the eye. when i brought it to her attention she did nothing but make excuses. she didn't offer to correct it and based on a previous review she should probably build in a quality control check. i am very disappointed in the service. i will not be using them again.

She proceeded to tell me that I took the photos the day before her cleaners came and stated I wanted a free house cleaning. Very unprofessional. She offered to have them come back but why would I want the same two to come back? My husband was very upset over saying we were only out for a free house cleaning. She accused me of harassing her when I sent the images of the times from my alarm showing how many times they went inside and out "to clean the front and back door" which I am sure were smoke breaks. Others have had wonderful reviews from them and I was hoping for the same. I never expected to be accused to trying to get a free cleaning which was an all time low from a business owner. And also harassing her for sending pictures of the grime left behind. Tried to get her to come over ASAP to prove our story and even pay her to come and she would not. So I still have a house to clean.

I was a little concerned that their equipment only vibrated the surface with a small amount of fluid. Then the ran a cotton cloth over the right remove the moisture. Colors were uneven but thought I'd wait until it dried. Just tried a hand held Bissell carpet-furniture cleaner on it and the water is dark brown! They did little more than the vibrating brush of a vacuum cleaner. Absolute waste of money!!

Within 2.5 hours our tile floors (and the very dirty grout) were cleaned and sealed. Sparkling really. Came back 2 days later for some touch up as the last thing he said to us was if there is anything we didn't like or wanted fixed to just call, that he stands behind his work 100% and it is so true... my wife says it's the best money we've spent in a long time! I've previously hired biweekly cleaners at $60 per cleaning, so those numbers were exorbitantly high. Best came back at $179. I think the person they sent did a good job, but it wasn't a deep clean. I wouldn't use them again at that rate but at a lower rate for a biweekly cleaning, I would consider it. good things - the lady did wipe down all our books on our book shelves, and did a great job on floors. not so great - they did not do all our windows, which was one of the things I prioritized. also they missed a number of items that we pointed out at the end (a few dusty spots, a mirror and a tray on our ottoman) but they did not go back to do them. My house was cleaner than it was when they arrived but there wasn't a spectacular attention to detail.
