What does deep cleaning mean me? Ceiling to floor, vacuum, dust, counters, bathrooms. Fairly traditional with a little extra thrown in. Sadly, didn't receive but a tiny % of what should have been completed. So much undone, never touched. Bathrooms only spot checked, not cleaned. Walls sprayed but not wiped off. Window sills and baseboards - subpar by any standard. Not all floors mopped or even spot wiped. Rarely visited spaces...webs still intact. Multiple floors not dusted and only minor vacuuming. Had to 1) go over things after they were gone, 2) have a return visit to partially cover what wasn't done the first time and 3) basically clean the house after ~21 hours was spent by 3 people for 2 days! Was only asked to pay what I thought was "fair" the second time but wasn't offered any kind of refund on the first poor attempt. Wasn't expecting anything for free but did kind of expect what I originally solicited for and ultimately paid to have done. Have now had to call another in to actually clean the house. Very disappointing. Would not recommend this group to anyone I know due to my experience. read more
