I was looking for a cleaning service to clean the duplex once all items were removed. I used Angi.com, and Tydal was one of four firms to which my request was submitted. Jermaine contacted me within an hour after my submission and we arranged a day/time for an inspection and estimate. I subsequently hired Jermaine & Kara, and I am completely satisfied. They were very professional and thorough in cleaning, and were able to complete the job in one day, no small feat considering the square footage involved, and the many jobs that needed to be done. The final cost matched their estimate and it was very reasonable for the work/time involved. I highly recommend this firm. Perry S.

I asked him if he had capacity before the initial deep clean, which he assured me he did. The deep clean took place on a Saturday, which we appreciated as we had a deadline before we wanted to decorate, and we were generally pleased with the results, however, there did seem to be some obvious missed steps. Couches weren't vacuumed on top or underneath, our entire guest room seems to have been skipped, bathroom floors weren't well-attended...but we were happy enough with the job that we wanted to continue as the areas they did hit were well done. I shared my feedback with Luis and sent him the highlights of what we felt was missed, asked a few questions to try and gauge why, and told him we just needed those attended to well when they came back for the first regular bi-weekly clean. He sent me short/clipped responses, never really addressed my questions or concerns, and then told me they were full and couldn't take us on as regular clients. When I asked if he was unwilling to take us as a client due to the feedback, he ghosted and I never heard from thereafter. They seemed like they did a fine enough job, but were not open to feedback, so in the end I can't say I recommend. Proceed with caution and be clear about expectations up front.

And there were a few. Mostly I didn't mention problems to avoid any conflict. It became apparent that she would, without discussing it with me, rearrange my time to accomodate other jobs. This week, I when they hadn't arrived at the scheduled time, I called and found that they were going to be 3 hours late. That meant they would be cleaning while we had company that afternoon. I said we would have to reschedule, she refused and quit all together really leaving me in a bind. I have been paying her $220.00 cash every other week for a year and was left with a dusty house and no loyalty.

She even stamps or decorates the toilet paper! It's so lovely and everything smells nice and is clean and fresh. Her prices are great, too. If you are on a tight schedule I would keep in mind that she does have to shift hours sometimes to accommodate everyone but since I work from home I don't really care. The best is to give a time range so it can help keep her clients balanced and give her some grace. She's such a treasure that it's definitely worth when she can squeeze you in.

That being said: Sarah answered the call at 9am and when I asked her if she could do the full move-our clean and be at the house ASAP, she made it happen! She and her crew were there within the hour! They did an amazing job and the buyers were so happy! They hauled out a ton of trash that we had in bags to move to the curb for us, and they went above and beyond to get the job done. I mean, they literally saved us on the close of our home, and that's pretty amazing! The prices are very reasonable, Sarah was so friendly and helpful over the phone, and I have given her name and the company name to my real estate agent for use on any future clients. Basically I would highly recommend this company for all that they do.
