Absolutely ridiculous customer service. The line was backed all the way to the door, and instead of…read moredoing his job, the young male employee with pink hair kept stopping in the middle of serving customers to scroll on his phone like there wasn't a lobby full of people waiting. He acted like he couldn't care less that the line wasn't moving. To make things worse, there was another employee in the back just sitting there eating. Maybe she was on break--I don't know--but from a customer's perspective, all we could see was one employee struggling to move the line while another wasn't helping at all. The wait was so bad that I watched at least 15 people walk out because no one wanted to stand there while the line barely moved. It was honestly embarrassing to watch. If you're scheduled to work, then work. Customers shouldn't have to wait forever because an employee is more interested in their phone than helping customers. Management seriously needs to step in because this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I definitely won't be coming back if this is the level of professionalism they allow.

I asked on the sundae if it could be made without the strawberry or pineapple topping and all the girl on the other end of the mic kept saying was "anything else?" Over and over. Like well first can you confirm my order and my special request. Then unless my eyes deceived me it said I could choose the flavor of ice and cream on the sundae but was never asked what my preference for that was, so I'm assuming y'all were just gonna give me whatever? They had me pull to the window and I sat there for a good couple minutes without anyone bothering to get my preference in regards to the flavors, well if they're taking their time to get to the window I'm assuming they're preparing the food, but quite bold of them to prepare something without knowing what I wanted. All in all one of the worst experiences I've personally had at a small stand and I will definitely not be returning for any reason. All I can say is, Mr. Snow, Do Better.

Unless there is a better way to load the freezer, I foresee back injuries in the future . Just so I am clear, I was moved to give a five star mainly because of Shaylas beautiful attitude.
