I talked to John on the phone about the type of training he thought she would need. Just through the phone conversation I learned a lot about what he was able to do for our family but also for my pup. He gave me some advice over the phone that I could start practicing with her. Even though my zip code was a few miles out of what their website says they cover, he still was willing to travel down to my house for training. He has a package of 3 initial trainings(which he says is usually all most people need) and then additional ones if needed. I was looking around at petco/petsmart trainings but they did not seem like they'd be helpful since theres only one person with up to like 5 dogs and the things they were teaching seemed like stuff I could just find online myself. After our first hour and a half of private session and consultation, my little Ellie has shown tremendous( if not the most I've seen in this short amount of time) improvement! I also actually have a structure of a training regimen I can practice with her now until the next two sessions which are flexible in timing. ALSO, he brought toys, treats, and chews for Ellie to use for her training and to keep afterwards! Great surprise! HIGHLY recommend their in home training with John. He has extensive knowledge on training and understands the way dog's minds work and how they communicate which is very important when bonding and training your dog. It is also private 1 on 1 training so the whole hour and a half is all focused on your dog and it's needs unlike the retail store training. It is all positive reinforcement training so nothing negative! I am already confident that this was worth the time and money only after our first session and about as much as I would've spent on the petco or petsmart training! Sure it is half the amount of classes I'd be getting but the quality covers down. Not trying to knock the big chains, but the training just isn't the best out there. TIP: the phone # on their website was out of service as of 5/18/18 so I'd use their contact section to leave a message and they will call or email you back within a few days

After a vet visit and DNA testing, I learned she is actually a mixed breed consisting of Poodle, Golden Retriever, and predominantly Cocker Spaniel. The DNA results also showed genetic findings associated with chondrodystrophy and increased IVDD risk, which was not disclosed at the time of sale. I contacted the company immediately and provided the DNA results, microchip information, and requested the correct paperwork and a resolution. They responded once asking whether I wanted to keep or return the puppy. I explained that we were keeping her and wanted to discuss updated documentation, compensation, or another fair resolution. After that, they stopped responding despite multiple follow-up emails. We love our dog, but I feel misled and very disappointed by the lack of transparency and customer service. When I contacted the warrant dept their email has the following disclosure: Our department is not permitted to make outbound calls or receive inbound calls. She was told that it was HER FAULT that he was sick because she decided to take him to a spay/neuter specific clinic after getting quotes of $550 plus for him to be neutered at a veterinarian office. Instead of having sympathy or understanding for her, she was literally told it was her fault in spite of the fact that my daughter has spent hundreds of dollars on her cat, taking him to an actual reputable veterinarian in Texas before moving, making sure he had every vaccination up to date, being responsible by getting him neutered and buying top tier food and litter for him since day one! They had the nerve to tell her it was her fault for taking him to a spay/neuter clinic instead of having any empathy! Maybe if veterinarians didn't try to take advantage by charging $550 plus for basic procedures then more people could afford to have them done there! It's just inconceivable that anyone would place blame on someone, especially a young person who is being responsible and seeking help for their pet! Also, she overheard a woman crying because they were going to euthanize her cat for non-payment! Unbelievable!

That $500 includes two shots from the Dr., no paw print, no hug, no ashes, no I'm sorry for your loss. What it did include was a lot of judgement. "oh he's so small has he been eating?" NO he's dying. "oh sounds like he has an upper respiratory infection to boot" No shit Sherlock, again he's an 18 year old dying cat. Horrible horrible experience. I would not recommend you take your baby there. I unfortunately had no choice but simply wanted to ensure he didn't suffer another hour longer.

Melania has been an invaluable trainer for us and our littermate pups. Although my husband and I…read morewere experienced dog owners, this was the first time either of us had puppies or littermates. We showed up for our first STAR class with both puppies. Melania explained to us the unique challenges of having littermates and the need for separate and focused training in order to allow each puppy to gain their own confidence in themselves and their human, help the puppy to focus on their training instead of "pack mentality," and help to prevent later separation anxiety if the puppies are apart. Although we continued that set of lessons with both puppies, it was mostly so that my husband and I would hear the same thing at the same time (train the people) and jointly see how each puppy would react differently, had different motivations, had different personalities and different needs. After that, all training was done separately. We have had individual lessons to help target specific behaviors, and continue to take group lessons with each pup in separate sessions so they can practice being around other people and dogs in safe and controlled settings.

We had some time to kill before going to the airport so we stopped by the Orlando Cat Cafe. They…read morehad walk-in registrations available at 11:00AM so we ordered some drinks and waited before we were allowed into the cat play area. They had a lot of cats and kittens and every one of them were so cute! Pink collars were girls and blue collars were boys. If their collar had a flower on it, it meant the cat could be feisty if it's not feeling it. A time slot is an hour so you can hang out with the cats for that entire duration. They have a lot of wands and balls lying around. The room was very clean and I didn't smell cat or litter at all. They had a cat window into the other room and I guess that's where the food and litter were located. I had a fun time playing with the cats. Some were sleeping but a lot of them were being active and running around! You can't pick up the cats though but many of them will let you pet them. These cats are available for adoption! I am not local to the area and I already have two cats but if you're looking for one this place seems pretty good to get a furry friend! Nice cat cafe and I would come back!

We came in with our pup for a bag of treats. Our little dog went directly for the treat table and began her shopping. Woof Gang has a selection of healthy options. Most of the bakery items on the display table were hard, but a couple were soft treats, which we selected. The non- decorated treats on the display table went for $1.50/ounce. Just grab a bag, use the tongs, and pick out your dog's treats. The store was very clean and the two gals working the front were friendly and helpful too. I am very pleased overall with our experience and would recommend this location.
