I certainly don't hope to undergo that type of muscle spasm again, but if I do then I know where I'll be going. Thank you Heaven Reflexology staff for the help and friendly environment.

They were playing relaxing music and the place was very clean. I enjoyed the massage. A couple things took me out of my relaxed state. Other than that, I thoroughly enjoyed the massage and will definitely try this place again..

I've been coming to this reflexology/massage place for quite some time, and I've actually referred…read moreseveral people here because it's inexpensive and, up until today, I had always been treated fairly well. I've always understood that this is not a traditional private massage-room setup. There is a larger room with two beds on each side, separated by a curtain. Normally, when you come in alone, you have that side of the room to yourself. I've always been completely fine with that, especially considering a 90-minute massage is only $65. Today was completely different. When I was taken back, there was a folding partition placed immediately next to my massage bed. I asked whether someone else was going to be in the room with me, and because the employee spoke very little English, it was difficult to get a clear answer. Then another client was brought in and placed on the other side of that small partition, literally right next to me. I was extremely uncomfortable with this. During a massage, clients are undressed and in a vulnerable position. A small folding divider between two massage tables placed right next to each other is not an acceptable level of privacy. Had I been told when I booked or when I arrived that I would be sharing such a small space with another client, I would not have agreed to the massage. I'm also a licensed aesthetician and work in an industry where people are paying not only for a service, but to feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. I would never put one of my clients in a situation like this without explaining it beforehand and getting their consent. What makes this especially disappointing is that I've supported this business and referred multiple people here. I understand that the prices are inexpensive and I have never expected a luxury spa experience. But inexpensive does not mean that basic privacy and consideration should be sacrificed. Unfortunately, the way this was handled today was disrespectful and completely changed the way I feel about a place I had previously been comfortable recommending.

I've been here three times and have an appointment scheduled for later today. After my fiasco with…read moreanother massage place in the same plaza, I happily found this place that took me in as a walk-in for an hour massage. I had to pay in advance of the service, which I always find odd, but also can understand. They take credit card payment and you can tip using the card too, but of course cash is best for tip. I had a really awesome massage from the lady, got her name, and received their card, but when I got home I discovered there was like a stamp program thing on the back of the card and they didn't provide that lol. The next time I got a massage, I asked for two hours and they didn't make me pay in advance. I got another lady and she started off really bad by slapping my neck around that I was just about to ask for someone else and then it got better as she actually massages me. She was good for the most part, but then I noticed she was on her phone while she was massaging me. You know, the one handed massage. The buzz of the phone. The clicking of her typing? Now you shouldn't do that at all, but I can understand if you need to do a quick read and reply text since--stuff happens. But she was constantly on it so I stopped the massage and she was surprised. I told her I was stopping the massage because she was on the phone and she looked shocked and apologized. She told me it would be a 90 minute massage charge which I said fine, but when I got home, I realized it has only been like a maybe 75 minute massage. So not only did she make me cut the massage short when I wanted two hours, but she over charged me! I still tipped well, but I was a little annoyed. I got her name and then asked for the prior girl's name so I could book with that girl again. The one thing she did do for me was mark my card twice to reflect my first service so I appreciated that. It really does depend who you get! The third time I went back to the first girl and had a 90 minute massage which was pretty good again. I wanted to go back the next day, but got busy so now I'll be going back today:). Because of the second girl, I had to lower my stars and honestly, I would have lowered it to three, but that really isn't fair to the business since most people don't take the time to read the reason why so thats why it's four stars. If it hasn't been for that second lady, I would have given this five stars since I had great massage at very reasonable costs. There's ample parking outside. It's quiet with great relaxing soft music playing. Massage oil is okay--not too smelly. The first girl is very thorough in her massage and I appreciate that as that is rare. They have a bathroom for use and it looked like maybe a shower as well? I haven't used the shower. I'm sure I'll be coming back for more massages and can recommend at least for the girl I like. Sorry, I won't say her name cuz I want to make sure I can always book her last minute.
