What truly sets him apart is his outstanding bedside manner and the time he takes to ensure you feel informed, comfortable, and confident in your treatment decisions. Dr. Chan never pressures patients into additional services or unnecessary procedures. Instead, he offers honest, thoughtful recommendations focused on achieving natural, balanced results and not overdone or artificial outcomes. His integrity and expertise are evident, and it's clear his practice thrives because of the trust he builds with his patients. I also greatly appreciate his commitment to patient satisfaction. If a follow-up or adjustment is needed for something he recommended, he is often very accommodating and fair about it. He takes the time to learn your face, preferences, and goals, which results in care that feels truly personalized. I couldn't be happier with my experience and highly recommend Dr. Chan to anyone seeking skilled, ethical, and compassionate care. Customer service with Katy is top tier!!!!

I haven't had it in about 2 years since having my son so I wanted to make sure I didn't just go to any local chain that offered injectables. After some research, I landed on Magnolia Medical Aesthetics in Baxter Village. Just like the reviews said, Dr. Chan was extremely meticulous in explaining his approach to what he would recommend based on MY concerns. He didn't push anything on me or point out anything I didn't have any concerns about. He was transparent in what he thought it would take to treat my concerns and even talked to me about costs before I decided to proceed. He broke down the differences between Dysport and Botox and the whole process made me feel extremely comfortable. I'm so glad I found his practice and look forward to doing many more treatments here!

I loved how I looked with them but hated the time and effort it took everyday. But my problem was I didn't feel comfortable without them and wanted to be more natural. So I did some research on getting lash extensions and found bloom lash boutique. Now I was definitely nervous wasn't sure if I was going to like them and feel as good with them on as I did with my lash strips. The first time I spoke on the phone with Amber the owner of bloom I immediately felt comfortable and knew she had my best interests at heart. My first visit was awesome!!! Of course I had done some damage to my natural lashes and had pulled out a good bit of my natural lashes by applying and taking off my false lashes day in and day out, but I still couldn't believe how amazing she made my natural lashes with the extensions look. The environment of the boutique was relaxing, extremely clean and very friendly! So after my first visit we worked out a plan of attack as far as how often i would come back to have them filled and the steps to taking care of them. I have been back once already and honestly it's amazing to wake up every morning and look bright eyed it's a great feeling....I would highly recommend going to see Amber at Bloom Lash Boutique you won't regret it!!! The staff could not have been nicer! The office was cute and had a pretty view of the forested area behind it. My treatment was virtually pain free and the whole appointment look less than 30 minutes! No one tried to upsell me or critique my appearance, which is something I dealt with when using Ideal Image (sorry to call them out but it's the truth). I found my new place and I hope you'll give it a try if you want to enhance your beautiful features. I didn't even tell you the best part: the cost was HALF of what I paid for the exact same treatment at two other places!!!! HALF!! They even looked up my Alle account to save me even more money. What a bunch of angels. Thank you, from the bottom of my heart for keeping this person who's young at heart, looking a little younger in face ;)

I've been going to Legacy regularly for about a year now. And just to give context on my…read moredemographic: I'm in my early 40's and prior to my time here, I hadn't had any experience with botox, injectables or really even skincare. About a year ago I started noticing really hostile crows-feet and decided it was time to experiment with Botox. I checked local med-spas and picked Legacy Health & Wellness, mainly for their 5 star rating. I made my first appointment with Lynda. Lynda is amazing, not only as an injector but as a human-being. She has talked me down from the cliff of making extreme beauty choices numerous times because she genuinely aims for natural and enhancing results. She is a phenomenal listener and really strives to get you the end-result that you're looking for. She would be a terrible sales person however because the girl cannot upsell, and that is exactly what I love about her! After about 6 months of botox I bit the bullet and tried some conservative lip filler. I was supper happy with the result because again, she shoots for natural. I've now progressed on to focus on my actual skin (which has been very neglected) and just started to see Dana the esthetician. She is incredibly sweet, has amazing skin and has taught me the importance of using a daily SPF. My future skin thanks her! Price: I shopped around prior to my first appointment and I will say that prices here are pretty standard and more than fair. Can you find other establishments locally that are charging less? Yes. However, you get what you pay for. They also have monthly specials and promotions so it would behoove you to check out their social media page. If you are looking for overblown lips and bad unskillfully injected botox- Don't come here! However, if you are looking to achieve natural beauty enhancements that make you feel fabulous, look no further.

Cindy called and cancelled the appointment a few days before. She rescheduled us for 630p on 9/30. I even asked if it would be ok if they are at the same time, I was assured it would be fine. We get here and they said sorry you, but have to be in the room with your daughter. Of course I canceled my appointment so my daughter could get hers. They had all day to call me. My husband would have been more than willing to come and sit in the room with our daughter. Extremely poor customer service.

He was polite and did take the time to ask about any problem areas. He stated he does body work. At the time I had no idea that was different from a relaxing massage. It just sounded like a way of listening to the body. There was alot of focus on my upper body (shoulders, front and sides of neck and in between shoulder blades) which is where I stated I feel the most tension. I didn't receive a whole body massage. There was alot of what seemed like working on different pressure points throughout the body, I don't know if that's the way to word it but it definitely wasn't a massage like I have experienced with past therapists. Also, there was conversation the ENTIRE time. I couldn't be rude and not respond but a relaxing massage to me is one with no talking unless I am signaling pain or the therapist asks about the level of pressure. I was really looking forward to a nice relaxing massage since it had been years since I had one but that's just not what I received. Bummer. Noting the place was really nice, clean and welcoming. The ladies at the desk were pleasant and greeted me with a smile. I was offered to sign up for a membership at checkout with a nice discount on the first month but based on my experience it just wouldn't be beneficial to me. I'm looking for relaxation!
