I was helped by DJ, my emails were answered in no more than 30 mins. every change and every step we took was speedy and I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. My experience as a customer was excellent. And I have to add that the final product was even more than what I was expecting. The quality of the shirt is great, they were delivered very fast. So I ordered a table runner with a logo on it. Then I called to see if she could print a small flyer for a raffle. When I got both home there were misspelled words on both I called right away and explained that I needed them before my show. She said there was no problem. She could have the table runner done. I said I could fix the flyer. Damary fixed the table runner but when she gave it to me she said that she have to order another table runner and print it at their cost. She showed me the two spots on the runner that looked bad. I agreed. She also said I should still be able to use it this one time. Well now I have texted and called several times with no response. So I had no choice but to tell any one that uses them to be wary of the work. Not good for a family owned business to treat customers like this. I guess I should have used a more reputable company. Because this place on brothers Dr in Lafayette is not on my list to return or recommend.

They are more than capable of all sizes of project both big and small. They work a lot with other local small businesses and help the community thrive. For me, the communication piece is most important. They proof every job and happily make adjustments as necessary, they are even more than happy to help in the design process if your creative juices aren't running at peak efficiency.
