He truly took the time to get to know my son and see him as a whole person--not just a diagnosis. The assessment process was so engaging that my son actually thought he would be seeing Dr. Chester weekly for therapy! Dr. Chester also took the time to review the entire assessment with me, carefully explaining each section and what the results meant. His evaluation was so comprehensive that when I called an IEP meeting, my son was able to receive an additional service based on the findings. Of course, every case is different, but this outcome shows the impact of Dr. Chester's exceptional work. My son still talks about him and asks for him every week. He was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything in detail, making sure we fully understood the results and next steps. The patient felt very comfortable with him and genuinely liked him, which made a significant difference during the evaluation. Dr. Chester showed a genuine interest in knowing the patient as a human being, taking the time to understand his life, experiences, and personal struggles, which made the evaluation feel thoughtful and personalized rather than clinical. Even though the assessment was conducted in English, Dr. Chester thoughtfully evaluated the patient in his native Spanish as well, ensuring that there was no language barrier affecting the results. His report was very thorough and even included practical recommendations to help improve the patient's quality of life. We were so satisfied with the entire process that we plan to return next year to monitor the patient's progress.
