The facility is clean, calm, and welcoming, which made it easier to stay focused and present during treatment. Communication was clear and consistent, and I always felt informed about my schedule, care plan, and next steps. The therapists, doctor, and counselors are highly qualified, certified, and deeply experienced in recovery. What stood out most was how individualized the care felt. The staff genuinely takes time to understand each person's situation and adjusts treatment accordingly rather than using a one size fits all approach. Beyond traditional therapy, the program offers additional support that made a real difference for me. Weekly sound baths and guided meditation helped me slow down, reset, and gain mental clarity. Those sessions became an important part of my routine and overall progress. They are also in network with insurance, and the team was transparent and helpful with coverage, which removed a lot of stress during an already important time.
