The tools and techniques I learned in her class gave me the confidence and calm I needed--and I used them again when I gave birth to my second child in June 2023. Both births were completely unmedicated, peaceful, and empowering. I wasn't afraid--I actually enjoyed the experience. Alisha is incredibly warm, kind, and grounded. Her presence alone is calming, and she was always able to soothe any fears or anxieties I had. I even called her while in labor, and she guided me through breathing techniques that helped me stay centered. With my first, I arrived at the hospital already 9 centimeters dilated after laboring at home most of the day. It was a beautiful experience. My husband took the class with me, which was so helpful. He knew exactly how to support me and understood the birth experience I envisioned. Because I had such a positive experience, I even reached out to Alisha while my sister was in labor. Although my sister hadn't taken the course, Alisha generously offered to speak with her and provided much-needed reassurance during a stressful time. To this day, I still use the calming techniques I learned, and I'm teaching my children the importance of mindfulness and meditation. Alisha's guidance has truly had a lasting impact on me and my family.

The psychologist was very nice and she seemed very knowledgeable but you can tell that the business was just set up to do nothing but make money. Its dumpy looking for the Chiropractor part there is no privacy they just farm us in one room and treat us just to get us out. Stay away there are many more professional and better places to go to.

If you have a brain and can reason through problems I recommend seeing someone else because she won't help you much. If you cannot reason through a problem then I recommend you see someone else because she cannot help you either. She also cannot handle serious problems. She called back up in the middle of one of our sessions because she couldn't handle a problem. That was the last time I saw her. In short, I don't recommend her at all.

I'm reviewing this as someone who came here for some outpatient radiology testing…read more Big thank you to Chris in Admin for being patient as he sorted through some of the paperwork I brought in. He never lost his cool even though it required multiple calls to my doctor's office. He was helpful, efficient, and thorough. And everyone who works here that I've encountered has been friendly. One of the ladies at the front desk of radiology was wonderfully proactive in checking when a technician could come and see me. Much appreciated. Biggest down side is if you park in the lot to the right of the hospital (near Renaissance Imaging), you have to walk a ways to get to the hospital entrance. And if you want validation, you may get a bit of a run around. To get my ticket validated, security referred me to Admin's front desk. Admin's front desk referred me to security and radiology to get it. When I went to radiology, they had to run to the front where security was because they ran out of validation stickers.

My experience at Northridge Hospital Medical Center was extremely disappointing. I came to the…read moreemergency department in need of medical care and ultimately required two bags of IV fluids. While I'm grateful for the medical treatment itself, the way I was treated by portions of the nursing staff was unacceptable. Throughout my stay, I felt ignored, talked down to, and treated with a complete lack of compassion and respect. Instead of feeling cared for during a vulnerable moment, I felt like I was an inconvenience. I also personally observed a member of the nursing staff asleep at the nurses' station while I was still a patient, which raised concerns about attentiveness and patient care. Every patient deserves to be treated with dignity, professionalism, and empathy. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I have filed or am filing formal complaints with the appropriate hospital departments and regulatory agencies so these concerns can be investigated. I sincerely hope the hospital takes these concerns seriously and works to improve how patients are treated.
