Jason has a very thorough knowledge of how houses are constructed, and I felt confident that he was able to evaluate everything he looked at. We got the "Premium" package; there are different levels of inspection you can order, as well as various add-on tests such as radon testing or sewer line scoping. In addition to the walk-through, we received a written summary of the most important problems, a written list of everything inspected with lots of photos, a floor plan for the house with measurements, 360 degree photos of all the parts of the house (inside and outside), and a registry of all appliances and serial numbers with lists of recalls (none in our case). They print the report out on the spot and put it in a nice binder with some additional canned information, and also email it to you so you have an electronic copy.

A $16,900 job... I couldn't recommend this team less unless you want bad advice and them to refuse to fix their mistakes.
