He wrote an inspection report highlighting significant issues and charged a substantial amount for it. However, when the house's owner contacted him directly to discuss Reveal360's findings, Todd (Reveal360's owner) told the owner that the issues he had identified in his report were insignificant. Todd has double standards and is untrustworthy. What mattered to him was getting paid. My recommendation: Avoid this firm.

It's comprehensive and has definitely saved me money by getting only the work done I need and giving the repairmen exactly the info required to do their fixes. On top of that, I had a few questions about the report and Jeff took extra time to email and call me to answer. His staff was very friendly and Jeff really took the time to explain everything to me that he found and then check in with me after. As a first time homebuyer, he really put my mind at ease. Every professional I've hired to fix things agreed with everything the report said. Highly recommended. Quick note: I see a crappy review on here (one-star). I was a bit confused by it and took a look at some of his other reviews (more than 130) on another site, so if you're considering and need peace of mind, check out his other reviews: https://www.customerlobby.com/reviews/6562/a-pro-home-inspection-boulder/

Our realtor commented to us that she was impressed and appreciative at how fast he got the report to us after the inspection also. Overall it seemed like he did a good job with the inspection, but his customer service was horrible. I was out of town when he came through, but had someone check on the place the evening he came over. Good thing I did because lights were left on all over the house. Also, I had turned off the water and drained it because it was winter and again I was out of town and didn't want any random pipe issues to occur while I was away. He left the water on and didn't drain the pipes after testing everything. To me, just leave the property in the same condition it was when entered. It's not hard to turn off the lights or shut the water off. The thing that bothered me the most however was he had to come over 48 hours later to retrieve his radon kit. We hadn't heard what time he was coming over so my relator contacted him to ask him to give us a timeframe of when he was planning to return. He never gave us a time, but instead just waltzed into my home unannounced to retrieve his radon detector. To me it is inexcusable behavior to enter someone's home without their approval. Like I said, the inspection seemed well done, but if you are looking for someone who exhibits honesty, integrity and professionalism, Scott isn't it.
