There's fancy candles and aromatherapy on the right, but on the left you can find a small grocery store of sorts with tinned fish and chili crunch, and theres a slew of stationery scattered around as well. I believe they also sell loose leaf teas, and from what I can remember Rocky's Matcha is a pretty popular brand of ceremonial matcha. I got the chai latte, and it is the STRONGEST CHAI LATTE I'VE EVER HAD. I would say its caffeinicity (is that a word?) is comparable to a regular coffee latte. It's fragrant, a little more forward in the spices, an all around I can see why it's a customer favorite. Their matcha latte also sounds super tasty, and their Blue Boy which I think is butterfly pea-based. I guess this means I just need to circle back and try some of their other drinks!

I do think the selection has always been great, and I appreciate the emphasis on supporting local work, although that also seems to have changed a bit since the change. The store was supposed to open at 10:00am -- the door even had the holiday hours posted confirming that time -- but the owner didn't arrive to open until 10:25. To make matters worse, when I asked for a piece of tissue paper for the bag at checkout, I was told they don't provide wrapping (but i only wanted a single piece of tissue) for items that are on sale. Overall, not a great experience and definitely disappointing.
