Michael, the owner is a very nice guy. Overall, I figured that was fine because I certainly love my car and I've had rim repair's in the past two other vehicles and the work has been great but I had done the work through a dealer. Michael came out and work hard in the sun but because the paint needed more time to dry despite being in the sun he had to come back another day. He came back the following week and work on the vehicle in my guess is all any probably spent as much as four hours doing the work. The challenge was that in the end I now have a rim with paint that doesn't match the rest of the rim and so it stands out almost more so than it did with the damage that was on it initially. I know he worked hard, and was very gracious about doing so, but in the end, I was disappointed with the result, and will now have to probably go to the dealer and pay more to get it painted. I feel bad because I know Michael worked hard and trying to make this work, but he said that it's almost impossible to get the paint that matches this rim. I just wish you would've told me that initially because I probably would've stopped it and have it done by the dealer rather than now having to have done both and paid twice . It is what it is, but I applaud him working hard. I just wish he would've informed me that it wasn't going to be what I thought it was. Perhaps if your car is not a high-end car, it may work out fine or what I would suggest is that you ensure that whatever is used is the same paint and that it will match .

After many attempts the car wouldn't start. Jerome of Automotive Solutions Mobile blamed it on a faulty battery. Even with the battery charger attached for full charge, the car still would not start. The battery is practically new and the car was working just fine before Automotive Solutions Moble attached their equipment to it. Jerome refused to take responsibility and told me to buy a new battery. By the way, they were called for work on my truck head light. There was nothing wrong with the car. I suppose Automotive Solutions Mobile just wanted to break my Mercedes Benz on his own volition. AUTOMOTIVE Solutions Mobile had worked on my car in 2017 and the same thing happened. I took the car to German Auto Repair where they found evidence of aftermarket equipment that caused problems with the computer. They charged me a great deal of money to reset the computer so the car would start.
