I was dining in the restaurant with my husband and daughter when I witnessed the entire interaction. A customer had placed an order through DoorDash but never received it. After becoming frustrated because DoorDash was not resolving the issue, he came into the store visibly upset. Although the situation was outside of Jaelynn's control, she remained calm, empathetic, and respectful throughout the entire interaction. Rather than becoming defensive, she listened to the customer's concerns, diffused the situation with patience and grace, and did everything she could to make things right even though it wasn't the store or her fault. Her ability to stay composed under pressure turned what could have been a much more negative experience into one that reflected positively on the restaurant. As a customer observing the interaction firsthand, I was genuinely impressed by her professionalism, compassion, and commitment to outstanding customer service.
