Our situation was a bit unique: we needed the old panel removed and then a day or two to replace siding, insulation, and address any issues we found inside the walls before the new panel could be installed. Mario was incredibly accommodating with our unusual schedule. He showed up early, worked efficiently, and did an excellent job--all at a very reasonable price. When he returned to complete the installation, we asked if he could take care of a few additional items. He didn't hesitate, even using some of his own materials to help us out. He also shared valuable advice and insights that were extremely helpful for our project. Although he honored his original quote without any increase, we felt it was only right to pay him a little extra as a professional courtesy. We'll absolutely work with him again. He originally quoted me about $850 to have what services I needed done, but at the end, it was just over $1000. It was a clerical error on the scope of work and I do wish that this was caught before we agreed to installation. But hey, estimates are called estimates for a reason, right? Robert is very friendly and super knowledgeable on how to tackle my situation. He explained the best way to run the outlet without tearing up the drywall and to best run the conduit around existing garage door opener mounts. Robert came back out the following week and took care of adding the new outlet and I'm super happy with the results!
