Mrs. Pleasant was all kind and understanding. She worked with me to find a date that we could possibly be moved into for a move. But when we met Brad for our walk-through/quote, our concerns were put at rest. He was detailed, honest, and it was evident that he had a lot of experience. Overall, everyone in the company was responsive and easy to work with. Our moving team leader was James who was great to work with. He and his team helped us pack our "breakables" even in the midst of a tropical storm. Overall, the team was efficient, hard-working, and happy. They loaded everything on a Friday and arrived the following Tuesday. (They do not work on the weekends fyi.) To our knowledge, nothing was broken!
