The owner was fantastic and was able to locate a replacement screen, he did have to order it but the phone was repaired and ready to be picked up in 48 hours. When I brought it in and they were able to look at it the estimate was revised downward to $110. After it was fixed and I went to pick it up the final price was $100. This is a rarity in my experience to have a merchant consistently move their price downward especially when you've essentially previously agreed to a higher price. $100 was a highly competitive price. During my research to find a place the next lowest rate I found was $150. The repair was turned around in 4 hours. I dropped it off at 11:00 AM and was able to pick it up at 3:00. Given how much I use my Ipad this was a lifesaver. Typically they offer a groupon for iPhone repairs which is how I found out about them in the first place. Then I called Above & Beyond Computers and immediately had a completely different experience. Nate made it simple: "No problem, bring it in. We're very familiar with insurance diagnostics. Manny did a price match for me. This was important because I have paid for many repairs full price before and it gets expensive. This time I was a first time customer for Dr. Phone Fix. My 6 year old shattered his glass screen even with an Otterbox on it. Manny was very professional and polite. The whole experience was pleasant for an unpleasant situation for myself. I would recommend this shop to anyone as he fixed my son's iPad screen in less than an hour. You cannot even tell it was broken and it was nearing damage to the LCD which this prevented. Thank you!

Update: as I went to replace my phone case my actual screen pulled up away from my phone. This is garbage.

My one experience was not great…read more I took an iPhone 5 in for a battery replacement. The gentleman at the kiosk quickly said "yes, I can do it," and said he would do it right away, in 15 minutes. He did get it done quickly. The problem was that the iPhone was not put back together properly. The screen sticks out a bit from the metal back/case a bit higher on one side than it does on the other. I asked the gentleman about this, and he claimed no responsibility, telling me he didn't touch the screen. He said the glass was coming unglued from the chassis. Yes, I agree, but this was not an issue 15 minutes ago. So the battery works fine, but buyer beware.
