When I arrived at the store, I said there may or may not be water damage in my phone, I wasn't entirely sure. I was told I needed to buy a new phone here and they couldn't do anything. After arguing with her about it, since I have been getting text messages, I just can't use the screen, I had to finally demand to have my screen replaced which she finally acquiesced. She did a hard reset in the back of the store which reset my screen. I asked her repeatedly what did you do? i was pretty grateful about it: she just kept saying I did a hard reset. She refused to explain what she did. I was considering whether to replace my screen since it still has parts of it that are blacked out, but I just left. Go to a different store its worth the drive.
