I got my small bathroom drywalled by Sergio and his team. I had already hung the drywall myself so…read moreall I asked them to do was mud and give me a level 5 smooth finish. Pros: I'm satisfied with the end result and it only took about 7 hours total of labor. Also, they're good at keeping the house clean. Cons: Sergio raised his price on me twice. When he saw the room, he told me he needed to charge an extra $300 to make it level 5 smooth, even though I told him what I wanted on the phone the day prior and we agreed to a price. Then, he was going to make an adjustment to the vanity drain pipe. I told him I didn't want him to. He proceeded to do it anyways and then charged me for the material he bought. **EDIT** Sergio messaged me after seeing this review and told me how bad of a job I did to prep the walls and that's why he had to raise the price. I would strongly suggest you don't use this guy for your drywall project.

The construction crew was very fast and thorough and left every area of our yard and house looking clean after renovations were complete. After removing a 26-year-old two-story wood deck from our home that was riddled with dry rot, we were struggling to figure out a next step that fit into our budget. Replacing the deck was going to cost us upwards of $30k so we started looking into other options. Throughout our research process, TC was very helpful and readily available to answer all my questions about design ideas and building permits etc. When we decided to replace our upstairs door with a window instead of putting in a deck, TC was able to quickly come out to view our home in person and take measurements; he also sent an invoice shortly afterward. The entire process only took a few days once our new window was ordered. The main foreman Antonio was especially friendly and easy to work with. We were impressed at how closely the stucco repairs match our original stucco exterior and the interior areas look like they've always been there as they are so seamless. The crew even put in extra hours the first day of renovations to make sure everything was watertight before a big rainstorm hit. We're very pleased with our new window and exterior and will definitely be recommending Armor Tek to our friends and family.

Office personnel were easily contacted and responded promptly to answer questions and arrange schedule changes when necessary. The on-site technician was prompt, professional, and technically knowledgeable. He replaced two sinks, fixtures, and valves within the estimated time. They are functioning "as advertised." Dan was very careful in his work and was thorough in cleaning up his "mess." The hot water heater was drained and flushed and the relief valve replaced. During the process, Dan checked my home pressure regulator and found the regulator to be defective. He replaced the regulator and set it to appropriate manufacturer's settings. All plumbing fixtures within the house are now working much more smoothly. I have since learned from neighbors that a pressure regulator failure is common in this area due to the high local water pressure and is probably the cause of this recent plumbing issue. I very highly recommend Plumbers Headquarters for any plumbing job. Dan is my "go to" plumber, and a special "tip-of-the-hat" to Ashela who keeps the office running.
