I initially called Jesus to take a look at our leaking pool heater, and he was able to come out…read morequickly and fix the issue. It was a problem my previous pool service guy had tried to fix several times without success. After Jesus repaired the heater, he evaluated the overall condition of our pool -- which was in bad shape with black algae and constantly looking dirty -- and explained exactly what needed to be done to bring it back to life. After seeing how knowledgeable and reliable Jesus was, we decided to switch to him for our regular pool maintenance -- and it's made a huge difference! Our saltwater pool is now completely algae-free and looks better than it ever has. Since working with him, Jesus has also helped us troubleshoot a wireless connection issue with our Pentair system and got it working again with the phone app. He's very knowledgeable about pool equipment and always takes the time to explain things clearly. Jesus is responsive, professional, and really knows his stuff. Highly recommend him for anyone looking for quality, honest pool service!

He answered my call and proceeded to try and troubleshoot for about an hour (without even working for us). Such a kind gesture. Following this, Eddie came by to check out our pool and see if he could figure out what was wrong. Turns out our current Pool Guy was treating our pool as chlorine and it had a saltwater system (something I regularly questioned our normal Pool Guy but was routinely dismissed) Eddie and his guys came by a couple of times and completely reset our system. Saving us from having to buy a brand new pool heaters, which we had just bought two years ago. Our pool is now functioning perfectly and looks amazing, and is actually saltwater again. I could not recommend these guys enough! They take pictures and send you updates so you have a photo log of their work. They really are SO worth the call if you are in need to pool service
