I had it set on 71 and it said it was 67 and didn't go on. By the time you came out it was back at 71. The service technician (Trenton) went downstairs sat on the floor staring inside the unit , finally touched something inside and came upstairs and said everything looked ok. My husband had to ask him to look at the thermostat. He said everything was ok. I get a $170 bill for that and guest what it's still doing the same thing. I guess thanks for nothing. We will get help elsewhere.
