Sitting here with police because the Verizon manager and employee sold 3 I watches, 1 IPad, and then allowed more to be ordered with a pay pal account. Manager of Verizon is a complete ass and is protecting the employee. Police told me it happens at this location with Verizon a lot. My husband is a 63 year old black make that has been with Verizon for 30 years. The salesman kept advising him to use the phone in the store to get text messages sent to his phone to get help. He kept explaining his screen was not working and he was not able to see anything. After dealing with with fool for a while, some nice lady arrived, after her lunch and proceeded to assist him. He was in the area and knew he probably did not have to wait in line like he does when he is in Houston. Perhaps it's the demographic and lack of demand but I always find the technology/phone etc. that I need when I go to this store. Many other Verizon stores say "we can have it tomorrow", or "we have it in pink", or some other obsolete color. This store always has the inventory I need & want.
