Instead of providing clear answers or resolving my concerns, they kept scheduling appointment after appointment without any real progress. It felt like the priority was billing my insurance rather than providing proper patient care. The lack of communication and organization made the entire process frustrating and a complete waste of time. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves the quality of the front desk staff and overall organization. Patients deserve respectful, efficient service and timely answers--not endless appointments with no resolution.

There were about 4 ppl hanging out at this reception desk and maybe 6 ppl in the waiting room. It's a sensitive area, and I thought I could count on discreet communication. Instead, the woman speaking to me says, "STD?", loudly and with a cold demeanor. I said no. And left. I found this to be wildly unprofessional and rude. And as someone who avoids doctors bc I've been slut shamed and assaulted and slut shamed for being assaulted, you make the entire medical field look bad. It's already not safe for women. I also asked multiple times about the cost of the visit, and no one was able to provide a clear answer. At that point, I decided to leave, I'm not going to wait close to an hour for a practice that doesn't prioritize patient care or communication. To make matters worse, I am still waiting on my lab results. They confirmed the results were received on the 8th, yet I have not received any follow-up or evaluation. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, and I would recommend considering another provider. Previous Update: I previously left a review for New Wave Physicians Group and, unfortunately, I'm updating it again out of frustration. In my original review, I mentioned that my experiences with Dr. Carder and Dr. Troung were positive, they were both professional, attentive, and helpful during my visits. However, I also noted ongoing issues with the front office staff, and those problems have only gotten worse. It is extremely difficult to reach anyone by phone. Calls often go unanswered, and when someone does pick up, it feels like a rare occurrence. I've had to call repeatedly at different times of the day just to speak with someone, and on multiple occasions I've been placed on hold and then disconnected. More concerning is what happened after my most recent appointment with Dr. Carder. I went in for serious symptoms, had an EKG performed, and completed lab work. I specifically asked how I would receive my results and what the next steps would be regarding treatment or medication. I was told I would receive a phone call, but that never happened. After calling over 50 times, I finally reached someone who informed me that my results had been available for quite some time but had not even been reviewed. I also followed up on a sleep study that was discussed during my visit, only to find out it had not been submitted. The medications I was told would be prescribed were never sent to the pharmacy either. On top of all of this, I still don't have access to the patient portal. Despite multiple attempts to get assistance from the office staff, no one has been able to help me get it set up. These issues have been ongoing and are now affecting my ability to receive timely care. At this point, I feel like I've given this office more than enough chances and will likely be looking for a new provider.

I went to get a CT scan 2 weeks ago. I've communicated multiple times with his office to get the results. Dr. Carder was out of the office for a few days and my issues went completely ignored. As soon as he returned, he messaged me saying the results were abnormal and someone from the office would contact me to review the results. Two days later and NOTHING.
