Can't say enough good things about this place and Mario. Customer service is A+. My dad passed away and I needed to print funeral programs. Mario was so helpful and got them done on the tight timeline for the funeral. Thanks again! read more

A+ QUALITY. So I needed to get some stickers pronto for my college campus event. Called in and asked "I need stickers by tomorrow. Is this possible?" Mario, first person I interacted with, gave me a super prompt response and said Yes. GREAT. I sent in my info and everything. They sent back proofs and quotes within the hour. CUSTOMER SERVICE: awesome. I'm so happy how they fixed the photo to make it fit the sticker size I wanted. STICKER PRODUCT: print job is soooo nice. The colors are very vibrant and lines are sharp. WILL TOTALLY COME BACK HERE. THANK YOU FOR MAKING THESE STICKERS LAST MINUTE. :) read more

PB PRINTING... I have been using these guys for years. Competitive pricing, phenomenal quality, excellent service, and quick turnaround time - Mario and Nate make things happen! There has been several members of the team that I could talk about over the years who have contributed to there success, but I am here to compliment the business itself. They are consistent, cost effective, and are willing to work with you one on one to find the perfect solution to your task at hand. Swing by and say hi if you have a project in mind, who knows - maybe you find yourself a new printer, and a welcoming feel to doing business! read more

I gave PB Printing a call after hunting around a bit for competitive business card prices. After giving them a ring, Mario answered and was very helpful in laying out options and throwing out constructive suggestions for business card prints. After telling Mario (on a Thursday) that I would need to have the cards printed before the weekend (they are only open M-F), he assured me that they could make it work and I could come and pick them up before closing on Friday. I ended up getting called for an early pick up and was very impressed with the quality of the cards! I suggest always following up the email you send them with a phone call; due to the sheer number of inquiries they get per day (the place was packed when I went in for pick up). Card quality- try and leave 5 business days for order so you can get the nice paper. Customer Service- top notch- they know what they're doing. I will use them again! read more

I've been to this place several times. Most recently to print a one page document which they told me they could not do. Before that I had a job printed that came out wrong and they refused to fix it and said they preferred to reimburse me my money, which they did so I figured at least I'll try them again. Maybe this place is so busy they don't really care about their customers. I can tell you I won't be back read more

Great prices and personal service! The only place I get my business cards printed. read more

PB Printing printed everything for our wedding- save the dates, invitations, wedding signage, and thank you notes. Nate was super helpful, the quality of the card stock was amazing, and my prints were always ready in 24 hours. Thanks PB Printing!! read more

Pay no attention to the bad reviews from salty incompetents. Some people are impossible to please. Mario, on the other hand, is a fantastic, friendly guy and the services he provides at PB printing are top notch! I only wish that I had more printing needs so that I could give Mario more business. I highly recommend that if you need any printing done, you talk to Mario and his friendly, well trained staff. read more

Nate is pretty impressive. Very professional and easy to deal with. Great service and turnaround was quicker than said

Today we had a meeting with a client that was having a completely new eCommerce site built. They apparently also wanted to have fliers and cards printed out to promote the new site. These guys were not only local but RIGHT next to the beach and SO helpful!! The staff and owner seemed so down to earth and eager to get the best work done and had an AMAZING turnaround time!! On top of being a printing shop, this establishment also had an internet café that allowed our clients and us to review their site demands and options while we waited for their print works to be done. Being right by the beach, the overall summer feel and BREEZE made this place seem like a hidden gem!! Great turnaround, great prices, amazing staff -- Highly recommend this place!! read more

Top notch. Fair price, high quality. They took extra time to educate me as well as how to best prepare my files. They fixed mistakes from my last printer. Yay for my new reliable printer!! Thank you!!!! read more

I love PB Print! Customer Service all around is excellent! My business cards came out fantastic. They went out of their way to make sure I was happy with the cards and the turn around time was quicker than I thought. Mario is the nicest guy and I look forward to working with him in the future. Thanks PB Print! read more

Solid business! Easy, fast, as good as it gets! :)

MARIO ROCKS. Wonderful service, very easy to work with, and very inexpensive.

Twenty-two five star reviews can't be wrong! Mario and Nathan are THE BEST. They made the seemingly impossible - an order of 700 NCR forms in triplicate, printed on both sides - happen for me in under 24 hours, and it cost so much less than I thought it would. Super nice guys, professional, and they have their systems down to a science. Use them for ALL of your printing needs, not just the last minute rush jobs. :) read more

THEY'VE LOST MY BUSINESS FOREVER! I've been here a few times before, but today was it for me. I walk in around 4pm and there is no one else in the entire place. I asked the clerk if he could please print two word documents from my USB drive. The clerk tells me he can't do that, but I can rent their computer for an hourly rate and print them myself. I asked him again politely if he could do it for me because I was running late, and he said no. So then he directed me to one of his five computers, all of which were old and covered in dust. I plug in my USB, open my files, right click and print them. Nothing happens. I asked the clerk if there was a problem with his computer, and he said that I need to turn on his printer, as if that's my job. The printer he directed me to was a cheap toy that you could pick up with one hand. Probably about 30 dollars at Wal-Mart, and again covered in dust and I mean covered. I wanted my documents printed on his nice expensive printer, WHICH IS THE ENTIRE REASON ANYONE WOULD GO TO A PLACE FOR PRINTING IN THE FIRST PLACE, but I guess that's not a concern for this business owner. After several attempts, both his printer and computers would not work so finally he took my USB drive behind the counter and printed them for me which is what he should have done in the first place. TOTAL CHARGE FOR TWO PAGES OF A BLACK AND WHITE WORD DOCUMENT ON CHEAP PAPER: $2.86!!!! This business wasted my time, wasted my money, and gave me an attitude for a simple request. I WILL NEVER GO BACK! read more

Very timely and a quality product! They send you proofs prior to printing to make sure it's what you want!

I am writing to express my disappointment in a business which I believed to be the answer to my prayers, a small, local, customer friendly office which had an interest is serving the community. I had imagined bringing all my business and personal business here, close to home and with engaged business owners. Imagine my surprise to discover that this business, for which I had had such high hopes, was even worse than the Office Depots and Staples of my past experiences. I have never had such a rude reception to a simple request, when calling yesterday to inquire as to what the status was on my order . I had waited the required "5 to 7 business days" and since I had not heard by telephone or email that my order was ready, I called to inquire. Instead of a "Oh, I'm sorry we didn't let you know it was ready", I got a rudely expressed, "We called you back on the 23rd". I continued to be polite and asked why a message wasn't left for me or why an email wasn't sent and I got an even ruder response "I don't know why but we called you on the 23rd." I continued to have hope that this business of which I had had such high hopes to be able to refer it to friends and business associates, and I said "But no one left a message " and your employee continued to be rude. There is only so much one can take when customer service is so suboptimal, so I just said I would go pick it up. Obviously, there will be no further business since you can't even handle a simple stamp order with courtesy. read more

Excellent customer service! Mario is great! Not only did he take a rush order for door hangers with less than 24 hr turn-around, he finished them early and waited till after business hours so that I could pick them up! The finish product looks great! I will definitely be using their services again and recommending them to everyone I work with. read more

The guys are terrific for small jobs, too. I was staying at a hotel in PB with no business office, and I needed 2 documents printed. I just emailed them to PB Printing, and they were printed almost instantly, so I just walked over from the hotel and picked them up. So convenient! read more

We have been using PB Printing for going on 3+ yrs., and they have been nothing but professional and beyond accommodating. Mario and Nate have jumped through many hoops and have stayed late to help us out when we have been in a pinch. Anytime anyone needs any printing done I am happy and confident is referring them to PB Printing, from business cards to banners they will continue to have my business. Thanks guys keep up the great work and the awesome customer service. read more

Nate was very knowledgeable. He helped me find a solution to best fit my needs, will be back when I have all the photos together!

I really hate giving my money away to big stores like Staples or Office Depot for my printing needs so whenever I need some new business cards, flyers, etc, I always make sure I go to PB Printing and I advise all my employees, customers, and clients to do the same. They can do anything Staples can do except they add an extra personal touch. They will even go over your items before printing and give you advice on how it looks and if anything should be changed to make it look better or more professional. They have a great eye for design and helped me create my business cards which I constantly get compliments about. There is no stronger marketing technique than having a strong business card that catches peoples eyes. No matter the time of year, day of the week, they will always get your items printed fast without any excuses. Stop going to big box stores and take your hard earned money to PB Printing! read more

I started out using PB Printing about 8 years ago and haven't gone anywhere else since. Originally I started using them for all my business needs: menus, flyers, business cards, posters, etc. but quickly committed to using them for all my personal work as well. Most recently I asked Mario and Nate to help me in creating the ceremony programs for my wedding. Being the biggest day of our lives, my wife and I would not have trusted "just anyone" to work on these programs. Long story short: I was late to order them, my original idea needed revisions, and they were very busy as it was. Needless to say, they made the revisions, rushed my order (I can only assume they stayed late to finish them), and got my work done on time for me to fly to the East Coast. The small details in a wedding really make the difference and I can't thank them enough for working with me to make the ceremony programs perfect. Their customer service, professionalism, and flat our friendliness is what keeps me coming back over and over again! read more
