I was told by the firm that I didn't need to file. So I was very surprised to receive a letter from. The IRS saying I needed to file immediately. Of course now it was past the deadline. To make a long story a little shorter I will say that I not only needed to file but I owed money back so now I also have a penalty fee. I went back to the office to show them the new bill from the IRS. I was told at the front desk to leave the letter and it would be given to Clay Willits to review. He called and offered to write a letter to get the penalty dismissed but I must provide him with a story as to why I didn't file on time. I told him that the reason I did not file was because his office told me not to. He then asked what was I charged by his office. I told him $75. He began laughing and said that I was practically a charity case and I had already wasted 20 minutes of his valuable time and that we were done. He said goodbye and hung up. Is this how you treat a client after 30 plus years??

Originally Ms. Ebrada shared with me that her father was tha owner and operator of this family business for over 20 years and he taught her exactly how to run it prior to his passing on. Good thing he included her because she is really quite tha professional and clearly great at what she does! I'm so happy I was referred to her. My search for a new tax professional was official over upon doing business with Ms. Ebrada. AND, I actually, I had to run back home really quickly and find a document that I had forgotten to bring with me and they were SO kind and accommodating, despite tha fact that it took a total of 15-20 minutes for me to return! For a year in 2025, the state of California was breathing down my neck for it. I emailed Ebrada financial 10 times to help me fix it. I sent them the demand letter I got. They didn't reply for months at a time and when they did reply it was unhelpful. They were zero help, and I mean zero. I would never ever work with them again. I had to hire a new firm and pay them $100 to make a new form 568 and then go twice to the tax building in Mission Valley in June 2026 to fix this issue wasting hours of my time because these people chose not to do their job correctly the first time. I gave them every opportunity to help me fix this before writing this bad review which they deserve.
