As an individual who also owns a small business, I initially came to AIO looking for help with my taxes, but Leidy took the time to help me understand the bigger picture. She showed me areas where I had been missing opportunities for additional savings and financial gains and helped me better understand how the decisions I make throughout the year can impact both my business and personal finances. What has impressed me most is the level of attention and care I've received. Even though I'm a smaller client compared to some of the larger businesses AIO works with, I've never felt like a small client. Leidy gives me the same attention, patience, and thoughtful guidance you would expect from having a CFO in your corner. She doesn't just prepare your taxes and send you on your way. She takes the time to explain the "why," answer questions, and help you think more strategically about your money and your business. If you're a small business owner looking for someone who can help you understand your numbers, find opportunities you may be overlooking, and make smarter financial decisions, I highly recommend AIO Business Solutions.

I used this company to do payroll for my hair salon in La Jolla. Then the pandemic hit. So I called…read morethem to let them know that we need to pause service because they were still charging my account even when we were not processing payroll. When the salon was closed due to the shutdown. So I called them and told them that our business is not even open so there is no payroll. But they said the fee is there as long as our account is still active. So I told them to deactivate my account. Fast forward several months later. End of year, it is now January 15th. I reached out to them and asked them when my w2s will be ready and sent out. They said I need to pay $150 for reactivating fee.. PLUS another fee for each W2s. And "they will not be processed until after the deadline." Which makes no sense to me.. So I'm paying them $150 plus another fee for them to not process my payroll until after the deadline?? What! So my business has been bankrupted due to Covid and this company is saying that if I don't pay all these fees that they will not send me my w2s. This is so absurd. I'm very dissatisfied with how they have handled this matter. Not to even mention how unhelpful they are with any paperwork or things that you request. I tried requesting papers that I need to apply for PPP loan and the answer I was given my their staff is to "login onto your account" you have everything there. So I'm not that tech savvy I actually need someone to help me navigate their confusing system to find what I need. I'm so frustrated.

We weren't even offered a credit or refund for the mistakes I cancelled in January however the person I spoke to did not tell me I needed to fill out a form. Spoke with them (Megan and Melissa) and sent in the form in June Unfortunately I found a $25 withdraw on my bank statement yesterday while reconciling QB This was basically the last straw. Now it's going to cost me $32 and my time to go to my bank and get this straightened out You can't tell me it would take more than a month to deactivate an account and remove our bank information. Not the worst payroll company (paychex :[) but I would definitely not recommend or return to them

She offered me support with several questions I had regarding filing my quarterly taxes as self-employed by a foreign company. I understand businesses are there to make money but it is wonderful when you come across a professional, efficient organization that would still give you a piece of advice just because they want to empower their future customers. Thank you for your help with this, see you next tax season! Cheers!

Things stated off well, Veronica had an introductory phone call with us that went well and she offered some good suggestions. However after that the communication totally broke down and she pretty much ghosted us when we had questions about our tax return. As someone using a CPA for the first time, I found myself wondering why am I paying when I feel like I am trying to figure this out alone (basically felt abandoned). We asked some basic questions back in March, she responded once, and that was it. She then emailed my husband that she's been on a trip to Japan. Going out of country right during tax season as a CPA is a choice and that's fine, just COMMUNICATE WITH US. Anyways on Sunday, 3 days before taxes were due, we still had no reply so we just relented and submitted what she had prepared. Anyways, just disappointed. Not going to her next year.
