During holidays, they have digital signs beforehand alerting trucks to how many parking spaces are available. There are quite a few vending machines and covered picnic areas. Large dog walking area is provided. There is also a few Pokémon stops and gym for those who play. Like most rest areas in Florida, there is a janitor constantly on duty as well as police presence.

Wound up staying for an extended period of time while looking for a permanent residence. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the crappy wifi signal. Unless you're close to the front office, the signal is non existent.
