I called them to snake our sewer from the house to the main line in the street. We have old clay pipes and a big tree....so, roots are a problem for us. I had been told by another company that our line was in bad shape and that we would need a new one VERY soon. (That was 4 years ago). So I've been losing sleep over it ever since.....waiting for the poop to fall, so to speak!! So when Ken drove up, right on time and in a nice looking truck, I was worrying that the very act of augering the line would cause a big problem for us. I begged him to be gentle to my 60 year old clay pipe. Well, he got the roots out quickly and without even complaining about my mean old rose-bushes that surround the clean-out. But here's the sweet part: he heard my concern and worry about the condition of our line, so he got out his camera and scoped the line to the main for me, letting me see what was REALLY going on down there, explaining it to me as we went. And I DO NOT NEED A NEW SEWER LINE!!! IT"S FINE!!! And then he took his flash drive and burned me a DVD of the video to keep for my records!!! I know that many companies will charge extra to video your line. Ken did it to ease my mind and make sure that he had done the job right. He cost less than the last company and gave me a 90 day warranty. If you need sewer cleaning or diagnostics, this is the company.

We had a water pressure issue that had not been pinned down until this visit that could have saved us big money in the past. He was super nice on the phone, gave me a heads up the day before, and showed up right on time. Tyler brought an associate named Matt, and the two of them were just a nice in person and very professional. Prior to the guys coming over, I had done some work on my own regarding my plumbing issue but wasn't sure I had done the work correctly and fixed the main problem. Tyler assured me I had done exactly what he would have done and did not charge me for the visit. He and Matt explained what they suspected the issue was and gave me some free tips for the future. This is not the kind of company that charges hundreds of dollars for needless work or a simple visit. This is customer service at its best. Thank you so much Tyler and Matt! I will be recommending the company to all my family and friends!

There's a lot of things wrong with the shower/tub they built for me after not including the bad advice they gave me to paint my tub instead of replacing it like I originally wanted. Fixtures in the shower and tub are improperly installed and misaligned. The tub fills weirdly slow and the plug for the tub broke after using it for six months, I believe although that timing may be a little off. Tiling is horrendous. Mike was occasionally there, I assume reviewing the work his team was doing but didn't mind they were doing an awful job. I'm going to have to fix their work myself or hire a professional to redo Mike's Team's work. They clearly weren't. Doubt the review given all his high praise?, out the photos of his terrible craftsmanship.
