I visited Paycor Stadium for the annual Cincinnati Music Festival, and it was a great experience. Even though the crowds were huge, getting into the stadium was quick and well organized. We found a nearby parking lot that was only a short walk away, which made things even more convenient. The stadium was clean, with plenty of well-maintained restrooms throughout. The seats were about as comfortable as you'd expect for stadium seating. The drink prices were comparable to other stadiums I've visited. I didn't try any of the food, but I did have a Blue Hawaiian Lime Margarita, and it was absolutely delicious. The Cincinnati Music Festival is an event I look forward to every year. As long as they continue bringing great artists to perform, I'll keep coming back! read more

I've been to Paycor Stadium for a few Bengals games in the past and I have to say I was always impressed by it all. Lots of places for food and drinks including adult libations (of course they're a bit pricey but that's every stadium). I honestly don't think there's a single bad seat in the place too. Plus they've made some big upgrades this year including better restrooms, more concessions and retail, and bigger signs for easier directions. I hope they keep making this stadium better to attract more events and concerts. read more

It is extremely difficult for handicapped people to get to their seats in this stadium. Some years back we were told there is no elevator from street level to the handicap seating. There is a very long and somewhat steep ramp which is a challenge for an older woman to push a wheelchair up with 130 lb person in it. They have renovated all the Club high dollar areas, but should have considered handicap access for both the stadium and for parking. During football season there are tons of people there who are employed to help but can't answer questions correctly and have no sense of customer service. That should be evaluated for both training and attitude. People pay a lot for those tickets, especially us season ticket holders, to be treated rudely or with indifference. read more

Attended an NFL game here. Average stadium experience overall. Cincinnati is a great sports city, lots to do and see before or after - but the stadium is just okay. First the good: it has great sight lines for the game, not a bad seat in the place. It has ample tailgating options. Its outdoors but there is a lot of shade available, especially in a 4pm or 430 game. The bad: outdated entry process, security is slow and there arent many gates. The concourse is narrow and gets crowded and congested. The good options suck, not very many of them and the ones they have are lame. Prices are average. I really disliked the in game experience, there were few replays and the ones they have are slow. The ugly: honestly the scoreboard is beneath an nfl team. Tiny screen and very confusing layout with small font. Hated it. The fans were great for the most part. Traffic tucked, so walk to the stadium and take advantage of the many bars and nightlife before fighting the traffic. Would come again, but not for the stadium experience. read more

Great day for football.... I attended the 2025 NFL Season of the Chicago Bears at Cincinnati Bengals. This only happens about once every 7 or 8 years and I wasn't going to miss it. The day.... Tickets were purchased using an aftermarket ticket app. Bought about 3 hours before kick-off and got a great deal on the seats. Parking. I always find a parking lot in the city. Typically only a couple of blocks walk from the stadium, there is plenty of parking that you can walk to and avoid some of the traffic when you're leaving. I wasn't tailgating at all, so that wasn't an issue. But, walking to the stadium, I did notice some pretty elaborate tailgating parties that looked fun. Stadium. Being a loyal Chicago Bears fan, I sat on the Visitors side in section 339 Row 4 Seat 12. My rule of thumb for sporting events is typically the same, no matter the venue. I like to sit in a mid-level or top tier, close to the 50 yard line (or center of the field) and, if possible, a row closest to the front. What I've found is that this gets you the best panoramic view possible. Stadium seating lets you see over people's heads, so typically there's nothing in your way and you can see all the action. You're not going to catch a ball and you're not going to get an autograph or a jersey from a player on the field. But you'll be able to catch every point of the field and all the action. Amenities. Expensive. Yes. As you will find at every stadium. Long lines during halftime, but if you time things right, you can get in-and-out pretty quick if you're willing to miss a couple of minutes. Plenty of food and beverage choices to choose from. But, they are pricey. Would I go back? Absolutely. The few times that I've been to Paycor Stadium (as it's called today) I've always had a good time. On this particular day, the last 3 minutes of this game was some of the most exciting football of the season. Incredible finish to a game won by the Chicago Bears. Go Bears! read more

Have to say that I was impressed with my first visit to the home of the Cincinnati Bengals. Site lines are plentiful no matter where your seats are located. I found the stadium staff friendly and helpful. We found our seats fairly easily but we ended up in the lower parking lot level on the way out. Rookie mistake. The lobbies are spacious enough to allow for decent traffic flow. The seats were comfortable as well. I wish I could add feedback about the concessions but I didn't need any food as we stopped at a solid sports bar prior to the game. All in all, I'd go back to this stadium anytime. read more

Great food options and plenty of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink options. The bathrooms could use a bit of a refresh though. Many of the men's stalls do not have locks attached anymore so you have to hold the door shut while you're using the restroom. Overall the atmosphere is incredible. read more

It's a great stadium to watch football! I was here for a Monday night game against the Commanders (of which, I am a fan), and I had a wonderful experience at this venue. First, the bad news. The lighting for the sections is non-existent, so you have to look hard to see where your seat is. Second, when you find each entrance to seating, there are THREE actual sections there. So, you have to be very careful where you're sitting. Third, the audio quality was inconsistent during the game, but for the most part, it was okay. But, that's really it! The main concourse is very drab and dull, but it was clean (at the beginning) and small enough to get around easily. They also have escalators to the upper decks, so you don't have to rely on walking up ramps. The seating itself is spacious enough, even for a bigger person. The view was great, even from the upper level. The concessions were varied and stadium prices are what they are... but still reasonable from what I've been used to. Honestly, probably cheaper here than at Commanders Field (or whatever it's called now). Also... goetta sliders!! Seek them out, trust me on this!! The staff was helpful and friendly, even though I wasn't in Bengals gear. Honestly, the fans were nice too. Nobody gave me a hard time. The entertainment during the game was excellent, including some great pyrotechnics and music. The fans here are passionate and loud, so be ready for that! Overall, it's a great stadium to watch the Bengals or whomever they're playing. I can't complain about the experience, especially since my team won. LOL! But, I would come back here without hesitation for any Bengals game in the future. It's just a wonderful experience! read more

Make sure you bring a clear bag if you plan to bring items in or only bring a small clutch purse with you if you go to a winter game, bring a blanket and handwarmers because it does get freezing cold and vice versa in the summer if you were in a sun exposed seat, bring water, hat and sunscreen because it gets extremely hot read more

This is one of my favorite sports stadiums. They have great seating and the signs to find everything are a great help. It's very clear where the different sections are, I get lost a lot, and I didn't get lost here. On Friday night they usually will have fireworks go off which is an added bonus. This stadium is awesome and highly recommend visiting. We came for a music festival. As expected there were long lines that didn't take too long to get through. You must have a clear bag or a small purse like a clutch to enter. Our bags were checked as we entered the facility through metal detectors. You are also allowed to bring in one unopened bottle of water. While entering the faculty and while inside we came in contact with several employees at the main entry gate and the club level floor entry near the elevators that were very unprofessional and rude to people and us. The cashiers that were working the concessions were kind and helpful. The venue offers souvenir containers for items like soda and popcorn. The venue is not covered and our event was rain or shine. Luckily it didn't rain but it was really hot. read more

One of my favorite things about fall is football season & this year we had the pleasure of an early season game in Cincinnati for my Patriots so of course me & the wife were there. This entire trip was wonderful capped off by the headliner the Bengals vs my Patriots. So our hotel was in downtown Cincinnati so that meant we were a got 5-10 minute walk from the stadium. That made the entire experience so much more memorable to walk down the neighborhood with so many bengal fans was dope. The stadium is amazing easily one of the best stadiums I've ever been to. The atmosphere was next level the fans were such die hard it makes the stadium that much more enjoyable cause you're constantly engaged in nonstop back & forth with them. Plus the section we were seated in was full of Bengals fans & it was their season opener & they were all draped in orange. Tail gating started like 8am & the energy continued all day until after the game despite the Bengals losing. I visited this stadium for the first time for the 10/10/2021 Bengals vs Packers game. I've been to a lot of stadiums across the country, so I am familiar with the general policies and procedures. First of all, we bought tickets to attend this particular game because we live about 5.5 hours away and 2 tickets plus parking from the official Bengals website was LESS than the price of 1 Packer ticket to any regular season NFL game. Buying parking in advance was a good idea. We had a very difficult time finding the correct lot but when we finally arrived, it was in a fantastic location near the stadium (and to leave and get back to our hotel) and full of other friendly, tailgating folks. Entry into the stadium was a complete NIGHTMARE. We missed the entire first quarter because everyone conglomerates that the very first entry gate (on either side, so I'm told) and does not actually walk around the outside of the stadium to their correct entry gate. You try to move by and people are yelling and swearing at you, thinking you are cutting "the line" which is basically a mosh pit. There is NO organization at all. If you are lucky enough to push through (which we did), entry was a breeze. No wait at all. I don't know if it is because people don't read the signs, or there aren't enough singss, but there definitely needs to be a divider for people passing entrances to get to their correct location. Everything is cashless, which the entire purchasing experience take 8x longer than it should due to the 65,000 people plus all these wireless devices trying to use Wifi. The away-team side is in the sunshine for an afternoon game, if it is sunny (and it was), you literally cook. Maybe this was intended? On top of feeling like you are in a Rotisserie Oven, there was no water available to purchase after halftime. None. My husband was experiencing warning signs of heat stroke and the only water I could get was from the bathroom sink. Speaking of the bathroom, the ladies' room was in a rather unruly state. Overflowing toilets, water all over the floor, no paper towel because it was all over the floor as well. The rest of the stadium was relatively clean. However, despite all the little negative things, we had a fantastic time and the majority of the employees and all the other fans seemed genuinely nice even though the Packers won. Bahahahaha ;) Advice: 1. Better signage regarding parking lots. 2. The entrance into the stadium needs improved. It is a complete disorganized mess. 3. Water. Ensure there is MORE than enough. 4. Shade. Even though the Bengals fans would naturally dislike the opposing team and their fans, I don't think roasting them alive is very kind. 5. Bathrooms. Not the cleanest. read more

I have now attended 2 events at this stadium about a month apart .. Taylor Swift in June & Cincy Music Festival in July .. both were so unorganized when it came to staff and volunteers. I feel like when you go to a concert at a stadium you should expect the stadium to use the same policies they have in place for football games unless otherwise stated.. that is apparently not the case because for both events the rules kept changing about bag sizes , clear or unclear, food or not food being brought in, etc. I volunteered for both these events to work the gates and the amount of security that strictly enforced compared to the ones that didn't made it a game of which gate you picked determined what you can get in - whammies or no whammies. The prices for the stadium are expensive for beer and liquor like you would expect. The food is expensive but not as bad as other stadiums I have been to who will jack the rates up based on the event. Their prices were standard to the arena. I had a hot dog and a soda during my time here - both were delicious - $13 for both - I didn't get a souvenir cup. The facilities are kept clean and the bathrooms have free pads and tampons. During the cincy music fest P&G was giving away tons of free items but they sold out fast and towards the end I walked away with 6 bottles of fiber gummies (2) 3 packs! I think this arena would be better if security, staff and volunteers were trained better and things were organized better. read more

FYI, when you enter you can not have a bag larger then 4.5x6.5 or you will have to take it back to your car or pay to have it placed in a locker located on a blue truck outside of the stadium. Or you can carry in a clear bag/purse. The concert was great and their screens displayed everything so crystal clear. The sound was great. The drinks to include the $10 liter of water I got were ridiculously high, but that's to be expected. I didn't get any food inside the stadium, but I saw the typical chicken fingers, fries, and pizza. They also had plenty of staff on hand to help you get from place to place. read more

Came here for the Taylor Swift concert (!!!) and left with some mixed opinions. We were in the highest section, and while the view was good, and we did have a great time, it was an absolute nightmare getting up there. On night one, we were able to find the ramp easily enough thanks to a sign that directed us there based on our section number. That ramp did, however, feel never-ending, but we made it up! Once we made it there, we then had to find our section, and the dividers between sections made it very hard to tell which section was on which side. We saw multiple people asking others where to go and moving seats when they discovered they were in the wrong row. The steps were also pretty steep and hard on my mother's knees. At one point that night, I had to go back down to get someone, and I tried to use the elevator. There was about 20 other people there, and one worker who had no idea what he was doing. The elevator kept going between the same two floors, creating mass confusion for everyone inside. The worker kept trying to read the manual and get us to another floor, but it took about five minutes in a cramped space with no A/C to figure it out. On night two, we had even more trouble. We were in a different section, so we followed different signs which ultimately lead us to the wrong side of the stadium. That meant we had to find another ramp and try to retrace our steps. There was no clear signs and no one around to help, so it was pretty frustrating. Another thing to be aware of is this place massively rips you off for waters. Not only are the waters $7 each at most places, my friend had numerous workers tip themselves with her card by not turning around the tip selection screen and choosing a percentage for her. I've been here a few times and I've always found this stadium to be nice and clean. We have always set on the second level where the seats are padded and have had a great view of the field. I am blown away by the price of concessions but it is the same everywhere. What food and drink we had was decent. If you are a Bengal fan or a fan of someone they were playing this is not a bad venue. It is an inner city stadium so you are going to pay $20-$40 to park and walk a few blocks to get there. Cincinnati is on the the river so you are going to walk down hill to get here and up hill to your car. The Bengals were on a loosing streak this visit. So bathrooms and food lines were short. Went to my first NFL game here last fall! It was a preseason game, but still a fun experience. Our beloved CHICAGO BEARS were in town to play the Bengals. We managed to get seats behind one of the goals, a few rows up -- for $12 each, which was awesome! Parking was ridiculous. If you want to park near the stadium, you either have to pay a ton of money, or have some kind of season parking pass (that is probably even more expensive), or park far away and walk. We ended up finding some parking for about $5 along the river, nearly a mile away. Thankfully it was still a warm, autumn day, so the walk wasn't bad. Might be worse in the colder months. It's good exercise, though! Entrance to the stadium was a lot easier than expected. There are ramps and stairs to multiple entrances. Once at the gate, you scan your ticket and you're in. We didn't have to walk far to find our seats. Bathrooms were decent. Food and beer was fine, but pricey -- which is the norm at stadiums. Paul Brown is a simple, no-frills stadium. No complaints. I can't speak for all Bengals games, but the crowd here was friendly and fun. We weren't too popular being Bears fans, but we met some Bengals fans that were cool. We stayed for the whole game. Although there was a bit of a crowd when we left, we had parked so far away that we didn't really encounter the traffic jam around the stadium. Overall, we had a good experience and will be keeping an eye out for the next time the Bears are in town! read more

Haven't been here since the early 90's for a game but on this visit, my son was participating in the Blue-Gray All-American Combine for high school athletes. So my review is limited as the concessions weren't open, didn't have to deal with where to park and the crowd was no more than probably 300 people. It was relatively easy to get to the stadium itself. Our assigned parking lot was Lot A which I drove past twice as the signage was easy to miss. This lot in across the street from the stadium so that was nice. The stadium itself is great and easy to navigate. The restroom facilities were clean and were a great place to get warm on this cold and snow flurry kind of day we were having. Overall, great experience for a non-football game visit. Why not 5-star you ask? Well, it's because it wasn't the Cleveland Browns stadium..... Go Browns! read more

Well, it's certainly not the best stadium that I've ever been to, but it's definitely not one of the worst either. It looks old, but it was built in 2000. It's a concrete jungle, with a "Welcome to the Jungle" kind of feel. It's a comfortable outdoor stadium. The staff and security are all very helpful and nice. The fans in the lower bowl were very nice even though we were fans of the opposing team. There were a couple of unruly Bucs fans near us, so I kind of felt bad for that. We flew in from Tampa just to see our Bucs play the Bengals. The Bengals won, but it was good to see our Bucs get close to a win. It was a very good game. So, the only negative would be the sound system and the video screens. I think they could use an upgrade. Our stadium in Tampa recently went through a renovation that has made a huge difference in the fan experience. I can see a similar renovation happening at Paul Brown Stadium. I'd also like to see some orange seats mixed in with the green. When I think of the Bengals, I think of orange and black (not green). It certainly would brighten it up. Other than that, it was a great experience. Oh, and the stadium is in downtown Cincy. We walked to it from our hotel. It was a really nice walk. Would do it all over again in a heartbeat. read more

My first time coming along with my Cousins to attend the Cincinnati Music Festival. Paul Brown Stadium is nice and very spacious stadium. It was very easy to navigate through the stadium and find our seats. The staff was friendly in assisting and helping you find your seating area. We had some amazing seats. We were able to have a clear view of the stage. Even for the people seating way at the top were able to watch the concert on the Big Projectors. The concessions stands make sure they get their money with the ridiculously overpriced food and drink prices. Make sure you eat and get your drink before you come cause the prices are high. The escalators were helpful for older family members attending the game with us and made for a quick walk to our seats. The sound system was very impressive and explains how the Bengals prep in practice for away games pumping in crown noise. Plenty of entertainment between plays and during time outs. Picked up a decent souvenir mug with flip air tight lid that was free with large hot chocolate.Bengals were down most of game but achieved a massive comeback for the win in the second half. I've been here a couples times the first time was amazing in 2020. And in 2021, it was also nice. But my last visit it 2022, was something different. In 2022 visit the person beside drunk it was 2 mins into the first quarter, then he throws up on the floor. We basically stood by puke All game. Then we went to get drinks I had a large popcorn I was tempted to take it with me but I didn't. I regret it, three young men took the large popcorn and dumped on the puke so they could stand in our spots. But the pluses were on that 2022 visit is now I can say I've stood by puke at a bengals game, and the homeless people were funny. Also if i didn't have those first two experiences this would 1 star. read more
