This is the first and only soccer stadium I've been to. The seats are comfortable and well spaced. The atmosphere is electric and the food is good. I went when it was pouring. Stayed dry the whole time. Wore a poncho, just in case but the way it's designed, you won't get soaked if it's raining. It was designed by champs for champs. The design is just phenomenal and would recommend going to an FC game. You will be entertained and comfortable the whole time. read more

I have NEVER experienced such a poorly planned event in my life. Parking was a nightmare, staff did little (or nothing) to direct cars leaving after the show, and instead leting the ENTIRE 26K fans leave while we all sat there was beyond infuriating. Add in the Cincinnati traffic and merch lines that were completely unmanageable -- it was extremely disappointing. Kudos to 21 Pilots. We love you guys and have been to tons of your shows and never had to experience seeing a show at a venue this bad. We will NEVER go back. Do better, TQL. read more

This is a great venue for sports. The atmosphere is electric. FC Cincinnati home has a fan base that I feel can be one of the best in any major league sports that I have been to. Concessions are plentiful. But be careful, as we purchased a beer at the Heineken concession stand.... I couldn't get the credit card unit to respond. The worker reached over and authorized a 20% tip. She only grabbed one can of beer which didn't warrant any tip. It's not the money... it was what she did. Sorry but my feeling is you're doing your job which was nothing more than grabbing a can out of the frig. read more

We go to TQL Stadium frequently for FCC games. You should go to a game too!! We usually sit in the Legends Room up top in the corner, and the view can't be beat! There is an indoor area with a buffet and bar, plus tables 'n chairs, as well as counter seats facing the field. There is also a dedicated bathroom for this suite. It's perfect for me, because I like the controlled temps inside when it's too cold or hot outside. But we also have seats outside that my husband prefers. We're right near the Bailey which makes it fun :). And FCC is having a spectacular season, so that makes it even better. It's a fun experience! read more

I attended my first event at TQL stadium was blown away by how beautiful it was the moment I walked through the doors. Everything was so clean and the decor was sleek. The layout was perfectly curated for a mingling event, with the open kitchen and serving station on one side of the room and the bar on the other. There were several "lounge" type areas for sitting and high tops and a long table in the center of the room. I imagine there are several ways the room can be set up. I would highly recommend hosting an event here if you want to ensure your guests have a good time! read more

I came for the visiting team, but credit where credit is due, this stadium is a nicer-looking facility than ours, open air but with a partial roof that keeps out the elements. The Cincinnati football and baseball stadiums are part of its impressive riverfront, but apparently there was no room for a soccer stadium, so this was thrown in the middle of the city between what looks like two residential areas, where I'm sure people are thrilled to hear fireworks going off for a regular season MLS match. I did not enjoy the noise level, but the home crowd seemed fine with it (actual quote: "Yeah! Fireworks rule!"). The stadium is reasonably walkable from Over The Rhine (and the streetcar). Many people seem to have paid a ton for parking, but if you were early and looked around you could find street parking. While cool-looking, the stadium felt kind of cramped. The seats were tight, and the concourses packed, and social distancing was clearly not in the cards. Strangely, it was impossible to get into the men's restrooms during crowded times. The crowd was announced as a sellout, and while there were definitely empty seats, it was rather encouraging to see so many people there. Most of them wearing an aesthetically bizarre combination of bright orange and powder blue (I think maybe they're trying to reference the Cincinnati Bengals and University of Kentucky to get the two biggest local sports fan bases on board?). The actual soccer was pretty atrocious, but the atmosphere suggested some promise for the future of professional soccer in Cincinnati. I rather wished I'd bought my ticket earlier than I did (only a day or two in advance) as prices went up with demand. We'll see what happens when that new team smell wears off, but as of now it seemed like the entire area was buzzing on gameday. read more

There's a third-party storage locker rental truck outside in case you need to leave something while you enjoy the game. I never take the time and to buy concert or sporting event tickets when they go on sale. I'm always late to the game. But this week was going to be different. I really wanted to watch USA Soccer play New Zealand at TQL Stadium In September. I logged onto the TQL Stadium website and it had a link for tickets which stated On Sale on June 28 at 10am. So I patiently waited for 10 am and and logged onto the site and clicked the Buy Tickets Link on the site. Not many seats popped up and I ended up buying 4 tickets for $150/each. The order was confirmed at 10:02. I was excited because I thought there was a high demand for the game. Come to find out, the link I clicked took me to a 3rd Party Site. I ended up buying resale tickets. The link should have connected me to Ticketmaster. Why advertise to Click Here but not link it to Ticketmaster? It was updated later in the day but that morning it kept directing me to the 3rd Party Site. I have attached a pic of the site. The Webmaster should have updated the site on time. Plenty of food options, including some local favorites, and the variety of beer/seltzers offer something for all fans to enjoy. We love checking out stadiums and soccer teams across the country the see what their fan base is like and what the stadium is like. This is definitely the most passionate fan base that we have seen, for a team that's not even that good. The fans literally march from Washington Park right at 6:30 PM to the stadium for the 7:30 pm game. The stadium is super cool looking and definitely built to be a soccer stadium. it is super packed in there and a bit cramped but it's because nearly every seat was full. Parking there seems to be an issue for everyone . The closest parking lots are only available for season ticket holders and honestly, its great for going to the game, but when you leave, the fans/pedestrians are all walking out and blocking all the exits/ walking on the streets so you can't even get out. We got to the area at around 2 PM and parked at a public parking Lot #32 for $15 for the whole day. If I came any later, I think all the spots would have been gone because I took one of the last two spots there. But it was only a 5 minute walk from the stadium, and it was far enough where the fans were not blocking the entrance to the streets. I was able to get out of there just fine. There are long lines everywhere though in the stadium so beware and get there early. The concession stand lines are so long that we decided to just get two drinks in the very beginning so we didn't have to fight people in line at half-time. THe stadium has a cool outdoor patio area with outdoor furniture near the hallway that leads to the restrooms near section 113 I think it was? Everyone keeps complaining about the men's restroom lines. The lines to the men's room was ridiculous compared to the women's which was ironic .But overall, pretty nice stadium! Just super crowded so beware. No social distancing at all here. Hardly any staff members with masks on. But worth checking out the Cincinnati energy here. I felt like it was more crowded than the Cincinnati reds game on fireworks Friday. read more

We have had season tickets for 3 years now and the only complaint we have is the cleaning crew. Our seats have been disgusting most of 2024. There's been a dead bird under our seat, vomit, and nasty old food under our seats. Please do better at cleaning the stadium Isles and everywhere. It's gross. read more

We go to the stadium to watch regular season matches and also to see some of the tournaments held there. It works out well that we share tickets with friends. Of course, this season has been extra fun as our team seems to be on fire!! Our seats are close to the Bailey section which has its ups and downs. Your can hear the cheering accompanied by the beat of drums and other instruments, so you can't help but get extra enthused about what's going on. On the other hand, when we score goals, they let off cannons and the orange and blue smoke is fun to see but not fun to breath in. I love that we have the option with our tickets to watch from inside if we want which is helpful on very cold days. You can still see through the huge windows or you can watch on the large screen tv's. Food and drink is included too. In the beginning, the food in the room was great but has seemed to have gone downhill a little since then. Sometimes I'd almost prefer getting a pizza from downstairs instead. Absolutely amazing place. I have been to a lot of stadiums. But not many gave me that initial impression that TQL Stadium did. The outside is really cool with all of the LED lights and ability to do digital graphics. Once inside, it feel like some NFL stadiums I have been to based on the size and atmosphere. I was able to go for a USMNT game which made the atmosphere that much cooler. Concession lines were long. But they moved fast. Concourse was big. And it didn't seem like there was a bad seat in the house. I had a blast being here. And a win always helps with that. The seats with plenty of cupholder options was great. I can't wait to come back here with my friends that live in town. read more

We've been here for both an FCC game and the Who concert. We were in a swanky private suite for the Who, so that was exceptional. Great food and drink and a friendly suite- tender. One thing different than Reds and Bengals' suites, the bathrooms are communal and out in the hall. For the FCC game, we were in the end zone (or whatever it's called in soccer). Great seats. There are lots of food options and no lines for the bathroom (at least the ladies room). Food seems reasonably priced, beer is always overpriced. Easy walk to the stadium from almost anywhere downtown, or take the streetcar. Welcome new stadium! read more

It looks really cool, decent food, quick service for beverages. The flow of traffic inside the stadium however is absolutely terrible. The bathroom situation however is equally atrocious. It shouldn't take 15-20 minutes to go pee. The entrance to the men's bathroom was so long it completely stopped traffic trying to get to concessions, the women's bathroom or anywhere. And why is the exit to the women's bathroom at the same choke point as the entrance to the men's and women's bathroom? Is it possible that the people managing the event for the US v Mexico World Cup qualifier match didn't know that it would be mostly men who drink a lot of beer? And why are there so few urinals inside the men's bathroom? This is terrible design. As much as I would love to see Cincinnati host World Cup matches, if the traffic flow and bathroom situation isn't fixed then TQL should NOT host these games. Kind of ironic that a stadium named after a logistics company has such poor logistics. read more

Kudos to the executive chef, George Zappas, and his crew behind the scenes. Most seats make you feel close to the action, and it is always easy to get in and out of the stadium. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON VIP! IT MEANS NOTHING! Paid for VIP tickets to Kenny Chesney. Arrived at the stadium at 3:30 and waited until 4:45 to enter the "Sandbar." Staff checked my tickets multiple times and once in the "Sandbar" we were inches from the stage. Uncle Kracker played as the rain fell and we asked the security guard if the show would continue and he explained that "concerts do not stop for rain, but if lightning is in the area, we would evacuate." After Uncle Kracker finished, a weather advisory was displayed on the screens and we were told to evacuate to the stands. We asked the security guard what would happen to our spots (no seats, standing only) and he said he would try to hold them, but we shouldn't have an issue because we were VIP. After waiting in the stands for 45 minutes, an announcement came that we were able to return to the "Sandbar." Tickets were NOT checked and everyone was able to rush to the stage on a first come basis. I approached the same security guard and he said to the people standing in our original spots to "move over" and when they refused, he did NOTHING about it. We refused to stay since the "Sandbar" was now beyond full and we would have been in the far back. I have left several messages with managers at TQL with no response. DO NOT PAY FOR VIP AT TQL. ANYONE CAN PAY 1/10th OF WHAT YOU PAY AND GET BETTER SEATING. read more

I thought that this game should have been held in a football stadium capable of seating +70k spectators, e.g., the Rose Bowl in Pasadena. But WOW! what a viewing experience! I have never had such an enjoyable time watching a soccer match. The seat was perfect, stadium lighting was perfect, and the small stadium gave an up close personal view of the game. I've been to all the major soccer stadiums in the world; Estadio Azteca, Wembley, Maracana, but I had the best time in TQL. Kudos to TQL stadium! read more

Went to the historic comeback Who concert in May 2022. The restrooms for the floor seating were port-o-lets, that is my only complaint. Didn't see much of the stadium's offerings since we stayed on the floor level. Overall I think it's a great venue. read more
