One of the best ballparks is right here in Cincinnati. My family and I love the atmosphere here. My wife and I have been to about 1/2 of the MLB parks. This one is tough to beat.

Great American Ball Park is underrated. The reason I mention this is because it gets put at the bottom of many MLB stadium lists. However, I enjoyed my time at the stadium which included two games against my Red Sox and a stadium tour. The stadium tour lasted close to two hours long and our tour guide Dave had a great sense of humor and wasn't a know-it-all like some other tours I've been on. We walked on the field behind home plate, into the dugouts, and even checked out all of the club seating options throughout the stadium. I attended a Saturday game in the Champions Club which included food and soft drinks. The view from the seats is perfect and the food was surprisingly good for stadium food. The Sunday game I attended was in the Scouts Club, these seats were closer to the field but you ARE in the sun. The lounge area inside is nice with booths, TV's, a bar, bathrooms but you do have to pay for your concessions. These seats do include in-seat service too which is nice if you don't want to miss any of the action. Great American ball park has a hall of fame museum right outside the stadium which is incredible. Probably the best baseball museum outside of Cooperstown.

wish I could have left a video to show the difference in line movement!

Go Ahead line is the slowest moving line!!! We were told this was supposed to be very quick facial recognition, but we actually stood in line much longer than the people in the regular lines next to us! Lessons learned - don't use Go Ahead!

Bad seats, but ridiculous view!

Home of the Cincinnati Reds MLB team. Decent park for being almost 20 years old already. They have done many updates to keep current with times. Great American Ball Park is easy to get to park and walk. Plenty of restaurants and bars just outside to hit up before going inside and paying $14.00 per beer. ( Insane) All in all nice ball park with a good vibe. If visiting Cincinnati during Reds season, hit up a game and some bars afterwards.

A very beautiful stadium for the Reds organization. I found it to be very easy to navigate within the stadium. You're just walking in circles and everything was pretty accessible . They had plenty of drink and food stations that offered some of the local favorites and I also spotted a chick fila as well. Entering and exiting the stadium was pretty easy.

This ball park truly is a gem. Located in downtown Cincinnati a block from the Ohio river this stadium offers pretty views of the river plus a great atmosphere. On baseball game day the Cincinnati Reds have made the ball park a family entertainment destination. From the variety of food offered to kids play areas to a music stage there is plenty to do. But don't forget to catch the game! The food offerings go from traditional ball park faves like hot dogs and popcorn to hometown favorites such as Cincinnati chili and Montgomery Inn BBQ. There is a good selection of beer also. Located on the ground level is a fairly large open area with picnic tables to eat and perhaps catch some Live music before the game. There are ample spaces for kids of all ages, from play equipment to a small sized baseball diamond where youth can practice their hitting skills. An upper deck features a wee little one's area. Which also has great views of the Ohio river. Speaking of the river if you have tickets somewhere near or at home plate in the upper sections you will have a wonderful view of the ball diamond and of the river. Before or after the game you can catch many restaurants and bars across the street from the stadium. There is also a DORA area located there. One tip if you want to avoid some sun purchase tickets from home plate out to a little past the first base line (especially in the in the upper sections).

Play ball!!! As far as ball parks go, Great American Ball Park (GABP) has a lot going on. And, for most people, each visit may be a different experience altogether. For me, as a Chicago native, I typically go to GABP when the Cubs come in to town to beat the Reds. I've been going to Cubs/Reds games periodically for at least 20 years now. From day one, the first thing I noticed was how many Cubs colors were worn in the stands. It's awesome! The best part is that everyone is all about having a good time and getting along. There's no hate, no anger or bitter rivalry. It's just a ball game, and I love it. The park itself is clean and has a lot of food, snacks and beverages to choose from. I'm not certain of all the pricing, but it's typical ball park pricing, for the most part. Quality and pricing are about what you'd expect. On select night games, they do have fireworks shows after the game, so be sure to check and see if there's going to be one after your game. Also, they have giveaway events but you'll want to get there early. Parking is as you would expect. We typically park a block or two into the city. Pricing is standard but the more into the city you go, the less of a nightmare it is getting out. I would try to stay away from multi-story parking garages. Those can be a bit of a nightmare. Would I go back? Absolutely! Like I said, it's always about having fun. With the family, friends, on a date, work event, etc.... it's always a good time. Located right at the edge of the river really makes it even more picturesque on really nice weather days. Pro-tip: Prices vary from game to game. So if you're looking to get out of the house and do something fun, or something you've never done before, go ahead and check out the schedule. Find a game day that interests you and look for seats. You don't need the best seats to have a good time!

Time of my life! Summer is never complete until you have hit a Major League Baseball game! And let me tell you the Cincinnati Reds hit a home run today! The hubs surprised me with a day trip for a game and a concert! Because what MLB team doesn't offer that. However the Reds did and what a brilliant evening! If you want to have a grand either family outing or date night this is a 2 hour trip from Indianapolis that checks all the boxes

I love to go to games at this ballpark. The staff does a great job keeping everyone entertained regardless of your baseball knowledge. All the lower level seats have a great view and they have all the modernized vending options.

I've been coming down here since 2013. One of my favorite stadiums. Fan friendly. The Hall of Fame is a must for any baseball fan. I really like concession stands. The restrooms are clean. The ushers are very helpful. I was here for the Series against the Mets. I had the fortunate luck to be here for the Marty Brennaman statue ceremony. It was cool. It was good to Marty speak one more time. The games were entertaining. I also got a Bobblehead on that giveaway day. I also received an oversized commemorative ticket for the statue ceremony. Got in on the free LaRosa pizza strikeout promo. All in all a great weekend. Plus good to see Tito back in the game.

Nice clean park. Easy access. Lots of food options. Too expensive but every ballpark is.

So happy to give this park a review that it deserves. Came last night and today to see the Reds take on the World Champion Dodgers. Last night was 3-2-1 Tuesday, $3 beers, $2 HOF dogs and $1 sundae cups. As you can imagine, it was quite chaotic and the stadium was way more crowded. I'd recommend avoiding Tuesdays when they have this promotion, unless you want it be surrounded by raucous fans. Tomight was much calmer and the fan base seemed much better and baseball oriented. Sporting Dodgers gear tonight ( as opposed to Reds jerseys last night), fans were normal and friendly, especially in our row. Various people offered to take our photo at very places when we tried to take selfies, and the two employees at the on site HOF museum also friendly and interested in why season ticket holders for the Reds were in Dodger blue lol Kudos to the employees keeping the ladies bathroom clean ( 135/6) by the small playground, which was monitored by an employee There is a taco / nacho place with delicious tacos and staff with great senses of humor, on weekends and high attendance games (behind 132? In cut away area) Anyway, a clean, open stadium with great scoreboards, mascot races, fireworks when the Reds hit a Homer out of riverboat smokestacks. Add this one to your list!

So much fun! It was a very hot midwestern day but we were able to stay cool in the various mist zones around the field, cold drinks, and good food! There's literally not a bad seat in the house and so many food options in the stadium. It was a safe and family fun environment and there were kids zones as well.

Where is an ideal place to sit for one of the post game concerts ? Where is the stage set up?

Normally the stage is either by second base or the central outfield in front of the riverboat

Does anyone have any information about the SP+ parking lot west of the stadium. Corner of Race & 3rd? I made a reservation there for game parking through Spot Hero but it didn't give a good explanation of how it works.

There are two outdoor lots on Race & Third, and I believe they're both ran by SP+. What's the address? As long as they have your license plate, I think you should be fine. I also think they'd have attendants at those lots during games. The indoor… Read more

Better known sometimes as simply "Grooms," the Sports Center has 11 baseball fields, two soccer fields, and replicas of Crosley Field and the Riverfront Stadium field, all on 37-acres right in Blue Ash. I played and watched my older siblings play at Grooms for many years of baseball and soccer, but I also have gone their for the annual Fourth of July bash: Red, White, and Blue Ash. Red, White, and Blue Ash is basically an all-day event, this year running from 2:00-10:35. There is always a lot of fun, which includes free concerts (this year headlined by the Charlie Daniels Band) and topped off by the best fireworks show in the area, put on by Rozzi's Famous Fireworks. "Grooms" gets swamped on July 4th each year, as it is the biggest event at the complex, but its neatest feature is the re-creattions of Crosley Field and the Riverfront Stadium field. Crosley Field closed in 1970, but according to the Blue Ash Sports Center website regarding the replica field, "Crosley Field was reconstructed by using the blueprints from the original stadium, including the same field dimensions, grass infield, the infamous outfield terrace, and the same dimensions, height, and angles of the outfield wall." Some of the original seating and a scoreboard replication of the last ever pitch make it very close to the original field, while the Riverfront re-creation so far includes simply the same outfield dimensions and walls as that of the most recent ex-Reds home. While I never played on the big fields, the fields I did play on were top of the line. In fact, when I drove up to the complex this week, there were a ton of men working on the fields to keep them in tip-top shape. "Grooms" really is a special place in the City of Blue Ash, and even if you don't play sports, surely you'll have to check out some time on the Fourth of July.

Large diamonds surround Crosley for softball and baseball. Towards the entrance, you'll find smaller diamonds for little league. There are a few perfectly level soccer fields that I'm sure are a joy to play on. The complex has plenty of "out of danger" parking as I like to call it where I don't have to worry about softballs, baseballs, or soccer balls hitting my car. I enjoy playing here because most of the softball fields are expertly maintained. I don't have to pick out large rocks from the infield dirt. The outfield grass could be cut a little lower, but at least the field is mostly level out there. A unique aspect of the Riverfront field is a normal pitcher's mound, meaning it's raised. It makes for some interesting bounces that you don't normally see in softball on balls hit up the middle.

Great day for football…read more... I attended the 2025 NFL Season of the Chicago Bears at Cincinnati Bengals. This only happens about once every 7 or 8 years and I wasn't going to miss it. The day.... Tickets were purchased using an aftermarket ticket app. Bought about 3 hours before kick-off and got a great deal on the seats. Parking. I always find a parking lot in the city. Typically only a couple of blocks walk from the stadium, there is plenty of parking that you can walk to and avoid some of the traffic when you're leaving. I wasn't tailgating at all, so that wasn't an issue. But, walking to the stadium, I did notice some pretty elaborate tailgating parties that looked fun. Stadium. Being a loyal Chicago Bears fan, I sat on the Visitors side in section 339 Row 4 Seat 12. My rule of thumb for sporting events is typically the same, no matter the venue. I like to sit in a mid-level or top tier, close to the 50 yard line (or center of the field) and, if possible, a row closest to the front. What I've found is that this gets you the best panoramic view possible. Stadium seating lets you see over people's heads, so typically there's nothing in your way and you can see all the action. You're not going to catch a ball and you're not going to get an autograph or a jersey from a player on the field. But you'll be able to catch every point of the field and all the action. Amenities. Expensive. Yes. As you will find at every stadium. Long lines during halftime, but if you time things right, you can get in-and-out pretty quick if you're willing to miss a couple of minutes. Plenty of food and beverage choices to choose from. But, they are pricey. Would I go back? Absolutely. The few times that I've been to Paycor Stadium (as it's called today) I've always had a good time. On this particular day, the last 3 minutes of this game was some of the most exciting football of the season. Incredible finish to a game won by the Chicago Bears. Go Bears!
