The woman left it under the mail box away from my door at my apartment complex right near the sidewalk and in the way of my neighbors. You call the store and they never ever and I mean they never know the answer to any question. It's frustrated. Customer care though is amazing. the have all the answers, but for some reason lafayette didn't transfer me to them. The supervisor melinda will put you on mute if you are asking why about anything and then she'll pretend she doesn't hear you. This store is horrific

Their meat, non perishable/boxed food, and frozen food sections are great. In particular, their Mexican food section is one of the best in town (al be it small). The vegetable/fruit section and baked goods sections are lackluster, good for basics like apples or French bread, but not for much else. I Recommend going to Fresh Thyme for those things. The pharmacy here is great- the employees are nice, go out of their way to be helpful, and are very knowledgeable. They tend to be overworked- I don't think they have enough people staffed to realistically cover everything, so make sure to give them a few hours notice before you pick up prescriptions.

This store was well organized and had a great variety of groceries for sale at great deals. The store is pretty quiet shockingly especially with the roads nearby that are so busy. Store is easy to navigate since a lot of the Fresh Thyme stores have the same layout. I'm surprised that there wasn't a lot of Halloween themed out on display like some of the other stores. Not an issue with me personally. The store had the energy drinks I was looking for too! Restrooms here are also pretty clean too. Staff here was very helpful. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with my visit. I will definitely return in the future.
