After reading the great reviews I was expecting some incredible donuts. But I found them to be dry, and too sweet. It could just be that I prefer light donuts with more flavor. But I wasn't a fan of the texture, and they definitely tasted dry. My order was always ready on time, and the employees were always very friendly. The shop is attractive. As a vegetarian Purdue student for the past four years, Know Eatery was never on my radar because of its limited social media presence, minimal marketing, and an interior that doesn't really reflect how good the food is. If I could make one suggestion, it would be a rebrand. A more modern, minimalist interior and a stronger social media presence, especially showcasing those eye-catching pink taco tortillas and pink buns, could make a huge difference.
