I was very stressed with Teddy since he's our first dog and Michelle gave us lots of tips on how to work with him. Since Teddy went to training, he hardly has any accidents inside our home, he sits, lays down, gives us a high one (aka high five), and comes to us when we call him. He also knows these commands using hand signals. I am truly amazed. I would highly recommend Michelle to anyone who is considering any type of dog training. She is very patient and kind. Our dog loved her. She was also very communicative with us during the time Teddy was away training with her. She gave us updates on a daily basis even provided videos on his progress. Michelle also gave us recommendations on a diet for Teddy and it's really helped so much. Thank you Michelle! As you know, I was very skeptical at first to send him away for training but I know this was the best choice I could have ever made for him.

We went with the board + train option and are so glad we did! We received multiple updates a day with pictures, videos, and progress updates letting us know what training and commands were being worked on that day. We also had some diarrhea issues with our pup recently and Lauren was nice enough to try different foods with our girl to see what worked with her stomach and what didnt (something we were too scared to do lol), and once we were back home, Lauren came and dropped our pup off at our house so she could do an in-home training session with us to go over all of the training she got, which was such an awesome bonus. We've kept going with her training and are happy to report that shes doing SO well and learned so many valuable things during her stay, and our girl loved Lauren so much. We could tell our pup was very well taken care of which is very important to us! I would highly recommend this company for any and all training or boarding needs. Thanks again, Lauren!!

Wanted to give a much needed update !…read more Shortly after I wrote my previous review my spouse and I decided to just push forward with training and board as our pup was completely out of control and tried snapping at a family member's hand. Our dog came back calm, orderly, and OBEDIENT! After a month long stay and many many wonderful updates multiple times per week we are confident he has made at least a 90% improvement on his bad behaviors and is able to calmly behave not only around us but his reactivity to other dogs has made a tremendous improvement. Shannon and Sierra are STELLAR! I'd also like to mention they did a home drop off for us (since I'm still heavily pregnant) and spent over an HOUR with my husband and I going over all of the new things he has learned + even took a walk with us in the neighborhood to address another issue we had with reactivity. We were left with a sheet of all his new & enforced behaviors to keep track of along with super chewer toys and treats. Excellent, excellent, excellent experience with this team and I highly recommend anyone who needs this service to pull the trigger and go for it! You will not regret your decision!

Having heard that they booked up fast for the holidays, we took our dog in early July to have a temperament test which he passed. That same day we paid the deposit to hold our spot at Christmas. I called in November because I had a feeling in my gut something was wrong. Thank goodness I did because when I did call, they told me that they did not have our dog listed to be boarded Christmas week, despite the fact we had already paid a deposit. Fortunately, the worker I spoke to was able to add him to the list. We decided to bring him in again in order for him to get used to camp again before we left for a week. My fiancé dropped him off early, and I began watching the cameras to see him interact with the other dogs. He is a corgi, so he immediately was running around and attempting to herd the other dogs (the zoomies if you will.) Fifteen minutes after my fiancé returned from dropping him off (mind you we were both watching the cameras & seeing him interact with the other dogs) we got a call. They informed us we needed to immediately come and pick up our dog because he was having "anxiety" and "being bullied by the other dogs." They also informed us he was having issues with his recall. (Again we were watching, and while I don't discredit how they felt, it was clear from watching our dog he was merely playing chase.) At that time they informed us that he would not be able to be boarded unless we could come and drop him off for two additional temperament test. Mind you this is three days before we are leaving the country. They also said if our pet sitter who was watching him dropped him off and he did not pass the temperament test on the day she dropped him off, we would need to pick him up. Obviously this was not an option for us as we are literally leaving the country. To say we are disappointed and frustrated is an understatement. Thank goodness, we were able to find a friend to watch our dog for us. It felt as though they truly just wanted to get our money and did not give our dog an opportunity to calm down and get in the groove of being at camp as he was there for less than an hour. It also felt as though they refused our dog because they didn't have enough workers. While I appreciate they gave us a full refund we will not be returning nor can we recommend this location.

Can't even imagine the amount of money I've spent here, probably upwards of $40,000 probably even more. Today I had the pleasure of bringing my English Black Lab for a temperament evaluation. 10am was my appointment. The "Manager" was 15 minutes late. They double booked. Let the lady behind me go first for her dogs evaluation (mind you she has not spent a dime here) told me that it would at least an hour to get my dog in.. Like I have nothing better to do. So I left and said I'll take my dog somewhere else, they could've cared less. I don't ever write reviews and it takes A LOT to tick me off. My pure bread Lab has more brains than these two pea heads at the front desk. You should have taken me first (loyal paying customer) and make the other lady wait (not even a customer yet) You just lost a loyal customer of over 7 years. Good riddance. I miss Sheldon.
