I was a bit nervous to see what groomers were out there, but I saw that this place had excellent reviews and in this case, it was an emergency I had found a tick on my dog and wanted to make sure that we took precautions got him groomed and treated. I called the puppy parlor and right away. They booked me for the first availability that they had the same day. It was a miracle and I was so grateful to be able to get a spot. They were very professional and thorough. They asked me questions about the dog. If I had any concerns, they listed the pricing over the phone of their services so I had an idea before walking in once I got off the phone they sent me a confirmation text and a form to fill out that was super easy to do any additional questions that I had the team was on and super quick to respond and pass along any messages I have for the groomer. When I got to the location to drop off Jack, they were very friendly super quick with checking us in the groomer came out and she was amazing. She made sure to introduce herself to Jack. She went over any concerns that I had or that she has regarding the grooming, great communication skills overall, and I'd love that she made sure that my dog felt safe with her before she took him. She even got to ground-level to introduce herself once I dropped off Jack. They let me know that they would call me and then I can go pick them up. They sent me a text once he was ready and I went to go pick up Jack once I got inside they immediately brought him out and he looked amazing. He was clean. He was happy which is overall the best thing that I can expect he didn't seem scared or skittish he seemed confident and a happy pup. The grooming came out. Perfect he smelled amazing his nails and everything was done perfect perfectly. I am thrilled to have found this place and will definitely be coming back for our regular grooming. However, the last time I took her to get groomed, the wait time was 8+ hours. To me, this is totally unacceptable. When I told them it was not the cut I asked for, they initially said I showed them a picture of a "Boo" cut (which I did not). Then they checked and said that they messed up and they'd talk to the owner to see what she'd do about it. 5 days later, no response so I call them. They told me they were closed Sunday and Monday (yet they were open 3 other days since) and they don't bother the owner for every little thing. Initially blaming me for the wrong cut, not calling me back with a resolution and then telling me they wouldn't "bother" the owner?! If I could give zero stars I would. Shame on you.
