When I rushed to pick her up, staff brought out two different dogs that weren't mine before finally bringing Marlee out. I showed the video to the front desk staff and the shift manager, who told me it "looked bad." Later, regional managers labeled the move a "forced sit," but from what I saw, there was nothing Marlee did that would have called for that response. I immediately pulled her from their care and will not be returning. If you use this location, I strongly recommend keeping a close eye on the webcams and asking questions about their handling practices.

This company stood by their product and I was able to speak to them as a solid customer of their product and got a satifactory resolution FROM AQUEON. Aqueon products are sold ONLINE. I would recommend buying these products online and NEVER going to PETCO for anything - ever!!!!!! Can exceptions be made?? Of course they can. Hello Petco!
