If you are serious about having your dog trained well hire Victoria. If you're a first time dog owner, buy 12 sessions. We've come a long way from where we started. Victory and I went from the puppy struggles of her crying relentlessly in her crate to me now being able to be in the same room while she's in her crate and not crying. The struggles of leash training to now being able to eat out on the patio at restaurants. Investing in your dogs training is so important. The company's website has incorrect daily pricing (website says $35/day whereas they told me when I arrived in person the pricing is $65/day and they didn't share the revised pricing with me even when we corresponded over email until I came for a tour in the middle of a work day). The disregard for my time and the bait-and-switch pricing is nothing short of a scam and is a completely unethical. To make matters worse; we scheduled the tour because we were looking for a boarding place for our dog. I was informed upon arrival that all dogs must have done day camp for 15 days (about $1,000 and three weeks of time) before they can be boarded. Also not disclosed on the website or via multiple email prior to our visit. It's a shame because the facility seems nice and the employees seemed otherwise helpful and professional. Unfortunately I can't convince myself to do business with them given the shady business practice. Over three months to update their website is no longer reasonable. Update: Just noticed their Facebook also isn't updated for services and pricing. Completely dishonest.

The groomer, who had multiple piercings, was rude and I would never want her to groom my dogs.

A shock collar was discovered on my dog jammed so tight on his neck that both my husband and the male employee had significant difficulty removing it. The employee at pickup did not disclose the use and was going to allow us to leave with this collar still on our dog. There was no communication during his stay that this type of discplinary action was necessary and it was a complete shock, since we have used the boarding service several times and our dog's behavior has only been praised. A single finger couldn't even fit underneath it. The employee on duty had to physically choke, pull, and wrestle my dog to get it off causing him severe distress, flailing, and yelping. He was inside of an unsupervised crate with this device and staff have not disclosed how many days this device was used. We have tried to communicate with the owner directly, and have been told three very different explanations regarding the use which shows deception and lying. Leaving an improperly fitted, high-pressure correction tool jammed on a confined dog unattended, with zero shift logging or handler handoff is negligence, plain and simple. When confronted with these safety failures, the owner doubled down with deflection rather than addressing why my dog was wrongly subjected to unmonitored equipment and choking under their roof. Formal complaints has been filed with Regional Animal Services of King County (RASKC), along with deceptive business practice reports with the WA Attorney General. Save your dogs the trauma and avoid sending your dog to this facility.

We started at the beginning 101 class and now, 7.5 months later, we are in the open/elite prep class. Our instructor is Karen and she is absolutely wonderful. We as first time doggie parents learned a lot about how to communicate, interact, train, and run our dog. Artemis has tons of fun and LOVES her instructor Karen. All the students at the facility are very nice and helpful. Through this process we are becoming better dog parents. We are excited to go to our first Agility Trial this coming September. Thank you to Seattle Agility Center for preparing us every step of the way. We HIGHLY recommend this place to all new and veteran dog owners! Most recently encountered awful service expecting that since my dog was an established patient,…read morethat I paid for as part of the deal of any Vet actually seeing any animal, I requested a letter/Health Form to be able to take my dog across the border to Mexico. Apparently THIS VETERINARY OFFICE is unable to provide such a service and their Vets, Dr. Eibey and Dr. Tomlisson couldn't be bothered to talk to me face to face or via phone to discuss the matter. After being relegated to the office manager Wendy, she stated they do not provide that type of service however as I explained 3 other Veterinarians within 5 mile radius do she certainly had many excuses why they couldn't do it......too many things can go wrong, we don't have the time, and yes we would charge $100 if we did, etc. ? So I contacted Wilderness Veterinary, 1 block away and they do provide the necessary letter, detailed information about dog's condition and prescriptions in Spanish that is required when taking a pet over the border. Additionally, Wilderness was bewildered why Mountainside couldn't pull that off, ME TOO. Unfortunately, but as expected I had to establish my dog as a patient at Wilderness Vet and pay $100 that I should not have had to pay if Mountainside was a reputable Veterinarian. In addition, I found Mountainside Veterinary extremely EXPENSIVE, $1000 for blood work, 2 xrays, 2 prescriptions and consultation......I've gone to emergency services for 1/2 the price.

She didn't like trips to the vet and was always a heavy blankets and welding gloves sort of patient. Carousel's staff (and Heather in particular) were understanding, professional and comforting and showed up at our home as our cat was in decline. This cat. This old cat who we loved even though she hated EVERYONE but us.. Her organs were done. They were JUST DONE. And so she scratched...and kicked..and BIT. And the carousel folks sat with us and took all this abuse after months of trying to help boost her up only to see her drift back down... they took it and were there for us with nothing but empathy as we finally said goodbye...in our home...and not in a clinic. The times when you have to witness the worst are chances to show the best and they shone.
