I have NEVER had such a sweet and affectionate kitty! I have wanted a Maine Coon for ages, bc of their wild look and supposed easy going nature. My daughter moved out and took three of our 4 cats, so I was left with my 7yo Ragdoll boy, who was clearly lonely. Maine Coon Cattery USA was a wonderful solution. It was a reasonable price (he had to be flown in from Russia, had 95% of his shots, was neutered and microchipped), and I picked the fiercest looking little boy. Who happened to have 2 extra toes on all his feet! He is chirpy, and trills at my Raggie and me when he wants attention. He went from a little alien monster, with whiskers 3x the width of his face, the extra toes (so he walks and sits funny), and too long legs and tail, to a fluffy, gorgeous boy in just 3 months. He's now almost 4x the weight when I adopted him, at 7 months old, and I'm sure he will be on the larger side of Maine Coons. He runs to snuggle me in the morning once he realizes I'm awake. Plops down next to me on my shoulder, purring away, and falls asleep until I just have to get up. Yes, I stay in bed a lot longer bc his sweet face and paws holding me are irresistible. Get yourself a Maine Coon. So worth the cost. And Erika will make the purchasing process simple. No deception, no bait and switch. Healthy, happy little kitten monsters who grow into loving, sweet companions.

A couple of months ago I brought Millie in for her routine annual exam and Dr. Prater identified a dental issue which hadn't yet led to anything I was able to notice, and in addressing that a sinus tumor was identified. With limited treatment options available I opted to allow things to take their course, and over the last few weeks as the tumor grew and began to impact her activities and bring us back to the practice more often the staff was very kind and compassionate. Yesterday was her final appointment after her quality of life had decreased to where she was simply waiting on her body to stop. The staff had everything setup for us, the room was ready when we got there so no awkward waiting next to someone bringing in their new kitten or puppy. The paperwork was pre-filled, just needing me to make my final decision on how to handle her remains and sign. They were incredibly kind and compassionate, there was no rush whatsoever, and they made sure I was as involved in the process as I wanted to be. She fell asleep in my arms and passed on peacefully while I was holding her. I couldn't ask of anything more for the experience.

My 11 year old pitty, Thor has been a patient at VCA Covington since 2015 and is extremely anxious and fearful of many things, including visits to the vet. Dr. Walls has always done everything possible to make his visits as low-stress as possible. Most recently, Thor needed surgery to remove a mass from his tail. Dr. Walls was incredibly compassionate and communicated very clearly about my options, helping me think through a decision that wasn't easy to make. I never felt rushed or pressured. I also had questions about the cost of the surgery before moving forward. I received a call right away, my questions were answered thoroughly, and the explanation of the estimate made sense. I was able to bring Thor in for surgery feeling comfortable with both the plan and what I could expect financially, without worrying about unexpected costs appearing afterward. Having a veterinarian I trust with a dog who is so difficult to treat means a great deal to me. I'm very grateful to Dr. Walls and the VCA Covington team for the compassion they've shown Thor and me over the years.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. We got a wonderful charcoal lab from Circle B in 2016…read morewhen they were a smaller breeder. We decided to get another lab puppy from them in 2020. We put money down on a litter to pick a female puppy that was born in January 2021. We had first pick of our female puppy out of the two females from the litter. We went to pick her up when she was ready to big enough to leave, the other female puppy had already been picked up. A couple of months later, we discovered by looking at pictures, they had given us the wrong puppy, the puppy we did not pick and did not want because she was too hyper. How does that happen when there are only two females in the litter. We did not say anything for a while, because we knew that we had to keep this puppy now, because the other one was gone. When I finally sent a letter to Cassandra, the owner letting her know how upset we were, I never heard a word, nothing acknowledging the mistake or an apology even. We just took our dog, who was now 4 in January to the vet, and she has to see a specialist because the vet thinks she has retinol neuropathy. When you pay a breeder that much for the dog, they should make sure you get the dog you picked and do sufficient testing to rule out potentially serious genetic defects. I will never buy another dog from Circle B and I certainly will never recommend them to anyone I know. Horrible!

My wife and I had a solid, long discussion not only about the contract aspects, but this breed in general, things to expect, etc. Was a blessing to hear that when Sherman was born the family at Circle B looked at him and exclaimed "Charger", because he looks so much like his grandpa dog. We have felt completed supported and well communicate with throughout the entire process.
