Mark takes the dogs on wonderful walks, hikes and romps in various places around Kamloops. He is careful to choose places that will most suit the dogs that he has in his care on that given day. I've seen everything from iguanas to rabbits to parrots when I've dropped my girl off. The small animals all stay in the "cat house" which is a separate building from where all the dogs spend the night. This is great because it means they're away from all the sounds and smells of the dogs that could stress them out. All of the cats get a separate room while the miscellaneous small animals are housed in various cages. The cat house also has a nice fenced in patio area to give all of the animals some outdoor time when they visit. The booking process is easy. If you are a returning guest, everything can be done online and it's easy to change bookings if your circumstances change. New guests need to call the first time and they're always willing to give a tour before you commit to a booking. TLC for Pets is one of the best boarders I have ever worked with! The staff are all friendly and helpful and I am completely confident that they take excellent care of my rabbit. When I've picked her up from other places, she'll be stressed out and shedding like crazy but she always seems calm and carefree after a visit to TLC.

He had a course that was three months long for about $13 k which seems quit well put together. I looked over the course outline which seemed pretty laid out. I did t want to go to Kamloops to do the course for three months but I will definitely look into doing boys and pieces of stuff I don't already know once I buy my other property up in Kamloops next year. One thing that stood out me me also about the guy is that I know all to well people in the dog world can be nasty and although the odd jerk made foolish rude comments on Facebook, he always responded with politeness and grace and that stood out to me. So I decided to call the guy up, seemed really cool and then when I mentioned to him if he'd ever be interested in assisting abused women with dog training in order to help them heal from trauma, he was very open to doing so expressing interest in discussing further which told me he's not just in this for the money but that he's a good person and those are the types of people I prefer to do business with

The last time I went there and picked up…read morefrom a different groomer, we got a very negative response from the groomer that we didn't brush our dog properly(we do brush our dog) and lectured for 20 minutes by her and the receptionist. The receptionist said "did you not know that you had to brush your dog?" (very unprofessional). This particular groomer was very negative as well as the receptionist. almost 175 dollars later. It is very unfortunate that this is how the customer service is, because the groom was nice and we have used their service for many years I have heard this from others as well.
