I've had them point out promotions that I missed as well as recommend alternate products when I haven't been completely satisfied. Also, I know it's just a little thing but they always make an effort to grab the door for me when I'm carrying out huge bags of litter and timothy hay. It's a small gesture but it really does make me feel like they actually care about their customers. Reasons for not giving them 5 stars? They don't have the best selection of small animal supplies. They have lots of food varieties and toys but they're often out of larger bags of hay and the rabbit litter here is quite expensive compared to other stores I've shopped at. I'm also not a huge fan of how some of their animals (mostly rabbits and guinea pigs) are in cages that people can reach into. It would really be better if these animals couldn't be touched without having a staff member present (e.g. completely behind glass) like some other stores have them.

Plus, they supplied the shampoo, towels, drier, aprons, brushes and combs. I will be back with my other dog soon!
