The receptionist said "did you not know that you had to brush your dog?" (very unprofessional). This particular groomer was very negative as well as the receptionist. almost 175 dollars later. It is very unfortunate that this is how the customer service is, because the groom was nice and we have used their service for many years I have heard this from others as well.

It can be difficult to find boarding for rabbits her as many places only take cats and dogs…read more Luckily TLC is willing to take in animals of all kinds. I've seen everything from iguanas to rabbits to parrots when I've dropped my girl off. The small animals all stay in the "cat house" which is a separate building from where all the dogs spend the night. This is great because it means they're away from all the sounds and smells of the dogs that could stress them out. All of the cats get a separate room while the miscellaneous small animals are housed in various cages. The cat house also has a nice fenced in patio area to give all of the animals some outdoor time when they visit. The booking process is easy. If you are a returning guest, everything can be done online and it's easy to change bookings if your circumstances change. New guests need to call the first time and they're always willing to give a tour before you commit to a booking. TLC for Pets is one of the best boarders I have ever worked with! The staff are all friendly and helpful and I am completely confident that they take excellent care of my rabbit. When I've picked her up from other places, she'll be stressed out and shedding like crazy but she always seems calm and carefree after a visit to TLC.

No waiting and their cat groomer had my cat just laying there all passive while doing the shave like she was her best friend. It was the craziest thing I'd ever seen! Her ease with my cat was truly awesome in my eyes. The fact that it was only $10.00 for both services was also super reasonable in my eyes. The only thing that I would complain about would be the fact they're cash only. I didn't know this ahead of time but I happened to have some on me so bear this in mind if you pay them a visit.
