The team member was conciliatory and said he'd have the owner reach out to me. The owner did call me moments later. It was a remarkable experience. I've taken our conversation and her leadership accountability to heart and will do my best to be just as sincere and transparent the next time that I don't perform as well I, myself, would like to be treated. Arrived in Snowmass with our dog, but without our dog dishes. They had a good assortment of excellent quality options to choose from. Decided while I was there to buy my dog a new plush animal with a squeaker, and they had several that I had to decide between (fortunately my dog was with me and was able to assist in the selection). Good options for cat toys as well. The owner said she only selects toys that she tries out on her own animals, and I believe that, as the cat loves the feather toy so much that I plan to stop in and buy another one before I leave Snowmass. So happy to have this terrific store so conveniently located here in Snowmass.
