A GREAT SHOP!!!…read more Please consider supporting this business - because they "care" about their customers and are nice to the humans accompanying their customers as well. Brought Rocky and Maia in for a self-serve bath mid-July 2021. Kayla guided us to the dog wash area and was polite, professional, and patient. Clearly the dogs know she's a 'dog advocate" because both dogs were on their worst behavior during their bath time. Anyway - I am impressed by the way this business is run/managed. And the staff - are simply out-of-this-world kind and engaging. Great Job Pawsitively Native !!! ... it's nice to see a well run mountain town business after our experience in CB with an unrelated pet boarding business.

Tod, I had a conversation with a member of the team here. I was disappointed, disgruntled and…read morefrustrated that a weekly special order I had requested for a couple of months still had gotten missed. The team member was conciliatory and said he'd have the owner reach out to me. The owner did call me moments later. It was a remarkable experience. Not only was she forthright about the situation and miscommunication among her team, she presented me with a Master Class example of taking ownership of an issue and hearing what was being said by a client. I've taken our conversation and her leadership accountability to heart and will do my best to be just as sincere and transparent the next time that I don't perform as well I, myself, would like to be treated. I'm excited to continue working with the whole community involved with Gone To The Dogs. So appreciative of today's interaction, Bill

Anyways, Anna, the owner, is very helpful! She knows her stuff, since she works with dogs in her 2nd job and loves every dog that comes in. Her and her SO, Andrew, are such great people and the store is a life saver for people who are living in Snowmass, or visiting, because without it we would have to be going down to Basalt or Aspen... and it takes 40 minutes to get to Aspen nowadays, so this store is a lifesaver for us! Arrived in Snowmass with our dog, but without our dog dishes. They had a good assortment of excellent quality options to choose from. Decided while I was there to buy my dog a new plush animal with a squeaker, and they had several that I had to decide between (fortunately my dog was with me and was able to assist in the selection). Good options for cat toys as well. The owner said she only selects toys that she tries out on her own animals, and I believe that, as the cat loves the feather toy so much that I plan to stop in and buy another one before I leave Snowmass. So happy to have this terrific store so conveniently located here in Snowmass.
